Legendary: Chameleos - being able to see what your opponent has in hand is possibly one of the strongest things theyve ever added to the game
Class Card: Bellringer Sentry essentially a more balanced version of mad scientist/ mysterious challenger, has to be good even if paladin secrets aren't as annoying as they used to be.
Grizzly will probably be in every deck, militia could be too because it has decent stats at 3 mana and can work late game. Splitting Festeroot might be slept on simply because if it isnt silenced it becomes extremely irritating quickly.

It's not a card that's on most peoples radars, but I'm actually thinking about Tanglefur Mystic. A 3/4 that can be played with the 2 drop it generates on 5 is really good for filling out a curve. Spellslinger saw play and I think that this will too, mainly because it's a slightly more controlled rng.
Hunter's is clearly the Wing blast; honorary mention to Shaw, who is second best. Druid got abysmal cards all-round, though witching hour is spicy.
I feel like Witching Hour is great, but it might be too clunky. Like the new 3/12 is one of the best cards to run with it, but i feel like it will be more of an average deck as you got to draw the beast, play the beat, let the beast die for it to be good, but i may be wrong. druid did get some terrible cards i agree with that. If Barnes was still in standard then yes, witching hour might be insane.
For hunter Shaw i would tie for first, but wingblast is more good in control or spell hunter. I feel rat trap is still better only as it limits your opponent in an aggro match and kind of scares opponents in control match ups. even if you dont play rat trap, your opponent will be forced to play around it making it a possible insane card. no class really wants to remove a 6/6 rat on turn 3 or 4.

Dire Frenzy; a much needed boost for Hunter and a great unique mechanic, regardless of it being common or not
This isn't a unique effect, almost the entire card is lifted from an Elder Scrolls Legends card.
There's no copyright on mechanics, and people often do have similar, if not the same, ideas concurrently. It's a pretty common phenomenon. But i guess you don't get to make a self-righteous post about it if you think about it rationally.
There are so many non-spell board clears available that I can't see rebuke being nearly as a guarantee of your board sticking as loatheb was in the past.
Shudderwock means driving a clown car in circles around your opponent while he swings his sword at you. Half the time he chops you and your car to pieces. The other half you park on his legs and 40 clowns come out one by one, trampling him to death.

I am attracted to your incredible people skills and would like to subscribe to your newsletter.
Is what I've got so far, maybe get a Naturalize? Needs testing. The win condition is just having a full board and swing in for lethal with Savage Roar / Branching Paths. They'll run out of board clears, eventually. Just need a Polymorph-type against Voidlord. Silence works, but that's really dumb to use on them. At least N'Zoth, the Corruptor is gone.
The single strongest card on its own will be Lady in White because it has the most value of any card in the set. If you already have a good, non-resurrect, minion based priest deck, this slots in and makes it a lot stronger both in Standard and Wild. So far I think it is the most undervalued card in the set, but I will admit finding win conditions with that kind of priest deck can be hard if this is the bottom card in your deck.
Now for the card I hate the design of the most, Rebuke. Minion based board wipes will have to be put into every deck or you may end up losing every game to Paladin.
If you can build a good control deck around it, Shudderwock is the third strongest in my opinion. There are a lot of OTK and infinite value possibilities, but getting to that point in the game can be tricky with Shaman. I think this card is great and has the possibility to do insane things while being fun to experiment with, I just don't see it being the best right now.
The card no one will see coming is Archmage Arugal. I can't wait until I see people raging over this because of interactions with Book of Specters or other draw cards in a minion heavy mage deck like Mech Mage.
And finally Nightmare Amalgam will be seen in every tribal deck until Blizzard increases it's cost to 4 in a balance patch before next expansion. It will be sad because I don't think the card in itself is OP; I just know Blizzard doesn't like seeing cards being adopted at that level of playrate.
I know the OP asking for a prediction for 1 card, but as others have done, I wanted to explain what I think the strong cards in the set will be and how they will play out in the meta.

omg I thought it was only one lifesteal beast in this set which is Vicious Scalehide and now I see this Swamp Leech
Deathstalker Rexxar will be crazy good
I think the most powerful card is Carnivorous Cube.
Dollmaster Dorian could really surprise everyone.

Godfrey is nothing we haven't seen before. I doubt it will be, but I'm going on a limb and saying arugal and book of spectres.

Witchwood Apple, it's a sleeper for sure. Just need another expansion for druid to dominate the meta.
