Sleeper card from the Facebook dump. If you can play this in a deck where can consistently be ahead and keep the enemy board clear, this is a 4 mana 6/5 worth of stats. This will get played in some sort of zoo deck.

win more card, probably more powerful than it seems since +3/+3 (as long as you are winning) is with charge/rush some of the time with one minion on board (Which is yours it's a 3/2 give +3/+3 to a minion for 4 it's insanely good.

Also you can just rng it sometimes. it's a good(?) type of rng I guess then since you have the risk of losing the game on spot with this.

As I understand it, he can give +1/+1 to the same minion several times. This means you just need to have one minion on the board for it to get +3/+3 which isn't very difficult in a swarm deck. ~~I voted "Very Good". Sleeper card that's gonna see play in swarm deck.~~ Nevermind, I didn't notice the hats could land on enemy minions as well.

I don't think this is very good because it can buff your opponents minions aswell and more often than not that'll probably be what happens. xD

I post because this card offer +1/+1 to your opponent and force you to clear the board before you use. By knowing hearthstone for a couple years I know that card will works only if both players traded each other and left couple cards in their hands. (I'm talking about ranked mode) :)
