A random demon is basically worthless, guess why no one played Kabal Trafficer.
The card is very overcosted compared to similar 1 mana "discover" card. You really only want to use this to get Voidlords, but seeing that warlock has demons as class concept, you are more likely to get it via Stonehill DEfender, which doesn't damage you and provides a body with taunt. So yeah, I doubt this will see play, unless we get better demons.
It can't. I don't know why people even begin to believe that. Azari is UNCOLLECTIBLE and you can only discover / get random collectible cards. Just like you can't discover a 10/10 Pyros.
The thing that REALLY gets me is that this now makes a nerd to Dark Pact less impactful in the future. Ffs, this and Godfrey feel like the Spreading Plague/UI inclusions that ruined the opening of Knights.
All Warlock cards range from playable to OP from this expansion. Literally each one of them. It's effing stupid at this point.
And Blizzard hyped Shaman. Hardly any Shaman card seems OP. I honestly don't think it will have a tier 1 deck, maybe a tier 2 or lower tier 2 deck.
There is 1 good warlock card released this expansion. The rest is mediocre or very niche at best.
Are you serious?
Almost all Warlock cards either support Cubelock heavily, or Zoolock heavily. Might even spawn a mid-range archetype. Warlock definitely got the best set from the expansion. So much so Ben effing Brode already made a statement that if Cubelock is too strong they might have to nerf it. A developer just doesn't make these kind of statements right before an expansion release, there is a major reason for it.
They also held most of the Warlocks reveals for the very last. And after the released the 5 cards, all of them support Cube or Control Lock.
As for this in cubelock - I don't really think so: 1) You want to get good demons from your DK. Yes, with the weapon you will summon it for free, but I think, that cubelock will try to concentrate on the Doomguards for the burst finish. After all, N'Zoth is out of the picture and we can't produce much value. We have to end the game as fast as possible. And this doesn't guarantee, that you will get a Doomguard or a beefy taunt against aggro. 2) It eats a card slot. Aggro Paladin will be pleased to see me running this instead of a taunt or something else.
Dunno for control lock. I personally think, that with the rotation of N'Zoth we won't support the Lackey package anymore. Since we will want to keep Gul'Dan, we obviously have to run demons as well. This does offer some value, but I have to see it with my eyes.
As for zoo - nah, I don't think so. [edit] Well, I forgot about the hurt yourself package... This does have some nice synergies with it. I want to see it with my eyes though.
But in a demon deck, if we get better cards in the future, then the whole demon package we just got might become really strong one day. Crystalweaver is gone, but if we get something similar in the future, then the package will be worth in a mid-range deck.
Not sure if you’re trolling. This card will easily find a place in my cube lock deck. Look up a few posts to see its value. An extra doorguard would be great too. The new 1/6 taunt life steal would even be worth it.
Cubelock tier S. They will be unbeatable.
What Dark Pact should've been...
Battlecry: kill a lackey. Discover a doomguard or a voidlord.
I think it's time to take a break with this game.
They seem to deliberately push Cubelock as much as they can before they have to nerf it into the ground.

Well, maybe OTK shaman keep warlocks in check like Highlander Priest did...
kill Possessed Lackey recruit a Voidlord, discover a Voidlord
just in case you are out of Voidlords
Love the art.

Is there anything Warlock cannot do right now? This is ridiculous. No wonder they left out warlock from the reveal stream.
Discover: Jaraxxus, Voidlord or Doomguard
