Has paladin had any good cards announced at all? I'm certainly not eager for more of them on ladder but it seems like every reveal I've seen for them so far has been pretty low on the power curve.
Reminds me of those toy commercials when they have a Transformer or some other toy from a playset flying and they have to have a special note in fine print:
GET The new GHOSTLY CHARGER - Only from Blizzard!
NOTE: "Ghostly Charger" does not actually charge

Ghostly Rusher actually. Anyway. Completely disappointed by the paladin cards. No dragon synergy, just a random card about dragons with no dragons in the class. On the other hand hunters get 2 dragons but don't have dragon synergy (???). Wasted an epic on a secret, no replacement for Ragnaros and Forbidden healing. I will try some new decks with paladin, but there's nothing that can be saved I guess.
I dont get the hate. Its basically Spider Tank + Darkbomb in one card, which is pretty good. Sometimes worse, because it cant go face, sometimes better because if you kill a Mana Tide Totem, it keeps the bubble. Its also much better with buffs like BoK.
Because spider Tank is a Vanilla neutral minion, and Darkbomb is a mediocre Spell (other classes besides Warlock get some major upsides with a 2 mana deal 3 spell). Yes sometimes it can keep the bubble but thats maybe in less than one percent the case. The downside of not going face or bypassing taunts is a way bigger downside.
Also every card combined with a decent buffspell is way better.
Oh man, this card is pretty good. Maybe the underrated card of the set?
While it's true that rush isn't as good as charge and the cost is nothing out of the ordinary for a 5 mana 3/4 + deal 3 damage, the catch is that it is a minion on the whole package. A deck with Keleseth, for example, gets an Yeti instead of a Spider Tank, not to mention the powerful trade and board presence you can do with a 7/8 with Divine Shield and trade it into a minion. I don't think it will see a lot of play, since the meta won't really be adequate for a buffadin/midrange Paladin, but it will see some experimentation as a one of, maybe a two of on buffadin.

Probably not quite worth it
it's not even a Charger, when will the lies end? Also pretty understatted for the cost.
I tried having fun once. It was awful.
kisses are a better fate than wisdom
ghostly "charger". yeah sure..
imo not worth to have it for that cost

FOR THE HORDE!
Great card for handbuff paladin.
Oh wait.....
Charger without Charge, hmm...
Am I the only one who thinks this card looks pretty good? The divine shield makes this card very flexible imo.
Its not bad and notgood . Its just mediocre at everything and thats why it wont see play . Only place i see this is baku paladin
prolly one of the better rush cards as its not necessarily a tempo loss. might fit something

Nothing unusual about this card but it might be decent enough just to play it because of Countess Ashmore
