They need to clarify what a 'Lifesteal' card is. Are Mage and Paladin DK 'Lifesteal' cards? The word is printed on the card, but they don't have it themselves. Is Leeching Poison a 'Lifesteal' card? Is Deathweb Spider a 'Lifesteal' card?
Anyway, she is very powerful. It's decent even if she gets a single one specific card you are looking for. Such as Tirion Fordring to play next turn. If you draw 2 or 3, it's amazing. It has potential to enable decks built around it, definitely 5 stars out of 5. Or 6 out of 6.
If the card itself has an innate Lifesteal effect, then that card can be targeted. If the card gives Lifesteal as an effect, then it does not apply. Example: Corpsetaker does not get Lifesteal if you have Prince Valanar in the deck, because the Lifesteal is a Battlecry effect, and not an innate ability of Prince Valanar.
Just assume the card that will be drawn must be one that had the attribute innately and not have it granted through battlecries and such. For example, Valanar only gain lifesteal from his battlecry on certain conditions, so he wouldn't count. Non-minion that innately have Lifesteal also have it right at the start of the effect description (Spirit Lash, Lesser Amethyst Spellstone, Spectral Cutlass.)
Anyway, card is good. People are comparing this with Curator, which is fine, but they can't read the fact that this tutor cards, not specifically minions. While most Lifesteal minions aren't worth relying on, Lifesteal spell currently have a pretty big presence in the meta, and the ability to tutor straight up removals could make up for the lack of Taunt in comparison to Curator. The emphasis on removal cards is also shown with Rush, and the Deathrattle category itself is very versatile, with even newer options in the set itself (Rotten Applebaum and Voodoo Doll). Card is only gonna get better as more new cards shows up.
Of course, first thing that comes to mind is Curator.
Question is - is rush + lifesteal + deathrattle better than dragon + murloc + beast?
It's a tough question, and of course depends on a class v class and wild v standard configuration. Deathrattle is almost automatically valuable, in a similar way that the dragon part of the Curator had little trouble being half decent. Rush and lifesteal though? Well, classes relying on a neutral lifesteal are SOL - you wouldn't run Bloodworm, Deadscale Knight or Pumpkin Peasant and pray to not draw them before Countess in order to get an extra card in your hand. Priest is pretty much the only class with a really good standard lifesteal, in the form of Obsidian Statue (paladin has some passable ones, but not 'really good'). So if we're not relying on lifesteal to get the second card draw required to make Countess good enough in a control deck, what about rush?
Well, there are some ok rush cards in neutral, so perhaps we can see this work. Swift Messenger is an almost-Fireball in terms of creature removal (especially when drawn off Countess, as she'll be a 6/2 on the next turn), and while it's not quite *that* simple, a 6/6 for 7 that draws you a deathrattle (can't imagine a meta where there are no half decent deathrattle cards), a pseudo-Fireball and potentially a lifesteal minion if any half decent ones are revealed between now and release may well be good enough... if the meta is slow enough.
In new standart rotation i find it hard to put this card to use with any class, except priest. With the current set of cards that are released so far at least.
I swear to RNGsus if I catch any of you rating this card and saying stuff along the line of "the lifesteal category is hardly useful because there are not many good minion for it" your opinions will be automatically invalidated because it is clear that you can't read.

Control Warrior with the 4 deadrattle weapon and 4 rush minion(2 militia 1 Darius 1 muckhunter) fit this card nicely already. Warrior doesnt have nice lifesteal minion, the same as Priest doesnt have nice rush minion
Rush: Warrior already has a 1 Mana draw a Rush Minion. But this ine can get you the weapon, too. Could ne nice. For other classes: too few Rush cards revealed so far.
Poisonous: strange one. Poisonous would fit to the Witchwood theme, but until now no Poisonous revealed.
Rated it Good because also Curator was useful in many decks. Pro: Deathrattle is easier than any Tribe specific card. Con: no Taunt means no immediate impact / protection

Poisonous?
A fake version of the card was in circulation that tutored poisonous instead of lifesteal.
What about "Frost Lich Jaina", "Leeching poison" or "Prince Valanar", for example. Is it "lifesteal card"?
Idiots are not ever satisfied. Fools can be happy. I chose the later/
I enjoy.
In priest "draw 2 obsidian statues"

This card is screaming "Card draw for Control Hunter"
Remember playing Control Shaman with Reincarnate shenanigans? No? It was fun, here's a refresher!

What, you're implying warlock doesn't want to quickly tutor their LIFESTEAL spellstone?
guys this card draws weapons from your deck as well as spells, it says card not minion, that makes this card very versatile.
To me this would be nice in priest to get a deathrattle in hand for coffin crasher
Miracle miracle miracle...
This card is superior to The Curator It was taunt etc but this card is able to draw specific control cards! and gives 6/6 body on the board.
Don't mind me just passing by

SP bad that don't have taunt
