This is good midrange minions for midrange/ control paladin to throw in the board, even behind or ahead, just like Shredder in the past. It will trade favourable most of the time, or make them lose tempo to ping and kill it , and if your opponent ignore it, you can get his divineshield back. So good card, cant help you vs heavy control deck like locks but good in other matchup.
Finally weak legenary for paladin. It is playable. But u have to build around gaining health to get value from this card. Maybe playable but not great
Weak? It's a better Silvermoon Guardian, with an extra attack (the stat that matters most for divine shield minions.) If you doubt how close to playable Silvermoon Guardian is, you have never run into a paladin trying to get the divine shield quest done. But the extra attack makes it way better. Also look at C'Thun's Chosen, which was fine without C'thun as well. And let's not forget another similar card from the past: Piloted Shredder. This card seems solid without the effect.
But don't let that stop you from trying to synergise with it's effect, because the effect is super solid as well.

Thank you for clarification, I got a bit confused by the wording for some reason :D And I agree, it's probably for a specific deck we haven't seen before. Plus, they have been pushing this "Heal" archetype for a while now. I just don't see that type of deck working at the moment. I can sort of see it in wild with all the additional dragon generation, plus all the healing tools and other things in a sort of slow midrangy archetype. But I'll still have my hopes up, maybe we get something in the rest of the set that can support the new archetype and be at least semi-playable.
@eralock: dude.. the anti synergy I meant comes from the fact that you can not combine it with the divine shield theme very well.. divine shield minions tend to have low health + high attack, there is nothing left to heal. healing your hero only works if you got damaged and that only works vs half of the meta-decks in the early game and most of the time you overheal in heal-themed decks and then the effect does not trigger
It's good even without its ability. And it's insane if it gets its shield back even once. Truesilver Champion, Benevolent Djinn, Rotten Applebaum all combo well with this card. Perhaps even Spellstone could see play in such a deck. 6/6 for 2 is pretty nice after all.

Are you kidding me? You are comparing a legendary card with common cards and say it’s very good.
Why wouldn't I. Rarity is not a power level indicator.
Do I have to explain?
First of all, you can have 2 copies of common cards.
Please do explain.
I just explained you can have 2 copies of common in your deck. That means double consistency to have the right card on time you need it. And the effect isn’t crazy enough to cover the 1 copy loss.
Oh My God more commons tagged as legendaries. The only reason to buy packs is to get the legendaries of the set but with this terrible legendaries I doubt many people will buy any packs. I for sure wont buy any.
i feel really sorry fot the people they fooled and made the preorder before showing this terrible cards.
Yea, Hagatha, Godfrey, Baku are the only interesting legendaries yet. This expansion is very cheap, really no need to preorder.
If Fjola Lightbane didn't see play, then this most certainly won't. It really needed to have at least vanilla stats to even be considered. I really don't understand how most people don't see how bad this card is.

That still makes no sense to me. So the card is so good you definitely want two copies of it, but at the same time not good enough to have just one copy of it?

I really like this card, I think its gonna be played a lot
I like it.
Bad body, but good synergy with some cards (Truesilver Champion). I'm curious about the usefulness of this card on ladder.

Pretty strong with Benevolent Djinn and Truesilver Champion. Not sure what deck would use it right now though.

feels like it needs rush but might be OP then

Pretty good with Benevolent Djinn on curve. Should have been an epic though.
It's not rng if you call - Amaz
Disappointing...
