Upgrades Spellstone and enables Deathweb Spider on curve, it could see play in a Midrange Warlock of sorts. But would such a deck be stronger or at least as strong as Cube, Giant, Control or even Zoo? C'thun didn't work well in Warlock back in the day, masochistic theme would need a strong win condition to be viable. And there is probably no slot for this card in any of the other archetypes.
The issue I have with this card is that it only works with synergy cards. Otherwise it is really bad. Vanilla stats and damage to your hero who is damaging himself a lot already.
The purpose why you would play this card are synergy cards like the spellstone, Deathweb Spider and Duskbat (which is on curve one turn earlier). In my opinion the synergies are too inconsistent. You will have her in your hand on turn 4, but no synergy cards. Or the other way around. Or she doesn't survive. Therefore, I do not think that the Blood Witch makes the cut if these are the only synergizing cards.

Let's not forget our good friend 4-mana 7/7 - Hooked Reaver

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
Imma play this cuz it's so cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute, I don't care how good it will be in meta, since I want to play Enjoystone. She will be best friend of Gnomeferatu
I hate the fact that this has vanilla stats even though the effect is only positive IF you have a synergy card in your hand AND can play it next turn (except Lesser Amethyst Spellstone , you can keep that upgraded and use it later ) . The rest of the time you are playing a 4 mana 3/6 that damages you for some reason. You can also have the synergy cards in you hand but it gets killed before it can trigger at the start of your turn so was just a 4 mana 3/6.
And for now the cards that benefit from self damage are just not that strong ( except the Spellstone...which has enough support from good cards like Kobold Librarian / Hellfire so it doesn't need another bad one ) .
I do agree that warlock should not get super powerful cards this expack...but these 3 they just revealed seem intentionally unplayable unlike some other bad warlock cards ( like Lakkari Sacrifice / Renounce Darkness / Dreadsteed ... ) which feels bad. At least make them interesting Blizzard...
Warlock doesn't need help damaging itself. This may be the most mana-efficient way to do that, but I think I'd rather have the cards.
However, in Even Warlock, you may not want to Life Tap on your even turns, so Blood Witch might actually serve a purpose. Guess we'll have to wait and see if Even Warlock is viable. Those other cards that want you to self-damage wouldn't be in the deck, so it doesn't seem likely.
This card reminds me of Howlfiend, with the same stats, a higher cost, and a weaker effect. Naturally, she has synergy with the other two Warlock cards just revealed, as well as Lesser Amethyst Spellstone, so the damage can do more to benefit you than hurt you.
Taking the drawbacks of your cards and manipulating them so they work to your advantage; that is pure Warlock, and I love it. Yet I am not sure that this card has enough synergies to be worth including, nor what sort of deck type she would fit into if there were enough synergies.
This card is horrible... how are people rating this well? Vanilla stats for a 4 mana minion, with an effect that is going to be a downside half of the time. The minions that dealt damage to yourself in Kobolds were insanely overstatted, and now we get a vanilla 3/6??? wth
Statline is great for arena. Pretty decent for constructed, but without being overstatted it's not enough to see play. Despite synergy with some new cards (and very old cards - looking at you that 5 mana 4/4 that gets bigger when the lock takes damage), I don't think warlock needs to try *this* hard to take damage just to turn on those battlecries, Things like Kobold Librarian, Flame Imp and - y'know, hero power - should be enough.
So basically, a half decent pick in arena, doubtful it'll see constructed play.
i suppose you could play this badcard, so you could also include the other 2 bad warlock cards and play badlock. but thats not going to be optimal, and the bloodcraft deck archetype isnt looking very exciting yet

If midrange warlock will be a thing this card fits in there quite well. Nice card! Voted playable.
Top deck is cheat

Would have been good with 7 health to make the 'bad' ability worth it.
I just can't stop thinking about how much better Priest of the Feast is.

Maybe if it was: "(...) deal 1 damage to both heros".

I need to have one, it's because of achivement :P

This is okay.
Suicidlock just needs a buff spell to push it over.

Show me a game-winning 5-drop that cares about the self-damage and I'll rate this something other than dust.
This should have had at least taunt. As it stands it's below average. Depends on the trigger cards tho.
very good synergy with the other 2 new warlock cards.
Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.
Bad card.
