So basically a mini-kingsbane? You don't have to re-draw it like kingsbane, but to keep it infinite you have to keep playing non-rogue cards, so much much worse than kingsbane against another rogue or against any weapon removal.

Without more/better card stealing this card is never going to see play over Kingsbane.

kinda weak. priest could get more mileage out of it. also that attack stat is really poor for 4 mana

For the 4 mana 2 2 stats weapos should have some insane effect like warrior's double whirlwhind. This effect hardly that strong. Playable/bad at best.

Is it any better than Kingsbane? I guess it works in a different deck but... I don't know. If you want a weapon that doesn't expire  this one is far more vulnerable to weapon destruction

garbage, not even for fun in decks 

This actually looks really good when your playing a burgle oriented deck, especially in wild. Is able to be buffed with Deadly Poison, and (in wild) Tinker's Sharpsword Oil. looks like a fun and strong card for rogue. 

Kingsbane will still reign supreme in those type of decks though, there is so much more value in playing Kingsbane over Spectral Cutlass.

Really slow and inconsistent. 

Call me spoiled, but I find it hard to be impressed with a tiny 2/2 lifesteal weapon...

I think it's bad dont even make cut in Thief Rogue decks since Obsidian Shard is MUCH better.

@Edit: Shadowblade is also better imo.

how this can compete  with Kingsbane?

It has potential to see play in arena for sure. Hopefully they print some reasonable burgle cards this expansion.
