Strong card. Even if the opponent is careful about not activating it then its still stopping them playing cards they would otherwise use and potentially hanging mana. I think we'll see this a lot if Hunter is active in the meta.
I like it. Coin into 2 cards is not too uncommon and I'm uncomfortable with how often Explosive Trapahem misfires. Keep in mind that if this becomes popular enough, it'll make Freezing Trap better because your opponent will favor larger minions over overwhelming hordes.
Well, it's an 'echo' card counter. Playable to counter echo heavy meta and very aggressive deck, somewhat bad against control matchup and combo since the rat has no effect on the board except being a fat body.
I don't really know why this card is rated very good; i mean, it's easy to play around it, the 6/6 mana can be ignored by aggro decks, single spot removed from control decks... meh, a slow secret
This is garbage tier, for both constructed and arena.
In constructed, it's more or less a rogue counter, nothing else. And hunter already beats rogue. Good against aggro you say? No, not really tbh. Aggro doesn't really play 3 cards in a turn that often. Before like turn 5, they don't even have the mana for it, and after turn 5 they often don't even have 3 cards in hand. And by turn 5, they would know what secret it is anyway. Besides, there are way better traps against aggro.
Yeah, I also thought how this is good against Rogue and aggro decks. The problem is, that in the first 3-4 turns they can play around it, because they don't have that much mana to free their hand. Imagine how they play 2 2-drops or a single 3 or a 4 drop. So this should also be considered. Dunno, I like the card, because this punishes the opponent if they try to out-tempo you. If they decide to play slowly, they might screw themselves just because they make sub-optimal plays. But I'm speaking way too generally, I can't predict how the meta will look like and if we see hand cleaning decks.
Guys, imagine if hunter gets a super secret synergistic card. Against control decks this secret will act like Ice Block in the terms of how this will stay for a very long time. If hunter gets something, which gets buffed the longer your secrets stay in play (like an Ethereal Arcanist), then this is a nice combo against slower decks.
This card I think is potentially completely insane. Imagine playing a high pressure deck, and you slam this down. Now your opponent has to only deal with partially what you have. And if they play three cards the card reimburses the pressure you have on the board.
On top of that this card is the counter to Echo as a mechanic. I think this card has two fates. Absolutely insane, or trash. And no in between.
This will see as much play as eye for an eye. Control will remove it in a jiffy, aggro won't give a fuck about it. And all that IF it's triggered. But i think it will be cool in wild.
Super good payoff card, 3 cards a turn limits a lot a a 6/6 can bait prime removal. Also this makes every other Trap way better since enemys always at risk trigering this if hes unsure.

Also, Genn Greymane is probably better than Baku the Mooneater for Hunter.
Then again, a generic 6/6 won't help you control the board. Probably want to stick this in a midrange (or aggro) deck over a control deck.
