A very decent, playable card, but I'm having trouble seeing this in Hunter decks over Hunter's Mark if you plan on running 1 mana removal while also sacrificing a cheap minion.
And since Even Hunter won't have access to Kill Command, there is less slot competition than you might imagine.
Will Even Hunter be good though? With no access to Unleash the Hounds, Spellstone, Eaglehorn Bow. And even the two hard removals Deadly Shot and Crushing Walls. All are odd cost. I don't even think that Even Hunter would make it out of theory crafting.

It is good because it is not horrible if you can't get the discount, 4 manas kill a 4 health minion is not that bad, so, the benefit of killing a mid/big minion for 1 mana comes with little risk.
But I agree tempo plays never was the thing hunter are good, face is the place.
Why is everyone saying Control Hunter? It might fit there okaaay but it looks like a natural fit in aggressive Hunter builds that don’t mind giving up a little guy. It can’t go face (that would be silly) but it can be compared to Power Overwhelming—it’ll often be a good tool to trade up with a weenie for 1.

It's them trying to push more hybrid style (elemental, shaman quest, hunter quest, warlock quest) control decks again. Fill your deck up with little guys, but have a long-form control strategy.
It has yet to work, but I'm sure it might eventually.
Incrediby strong. A minion dies pretty much every turn if we're not talking about hyperaggressive face hunters, thus this essentially is a 1 mana Shadow Bolt.
This is a great addition to a very interesting evens-only mid-range/control deck for Hunter. Maybe that will finally work

Unplayable, me never trade, me go face
Probably, most overrated card. "to a minion" make this card far away from "very good".

Strong follow-up to a trade. It will also help Hunter take back the board after loosing it against aggro.
A tempo card.
I am not convinced, but many around here are.

This card looks insane. 1 mana deal 4 damage to a minion. Lets face it condition is easily met.
