Here's what's going to happen. You play this and end turn. Then your enemy plays a deathknight card or some big finisher and then removes duskfallen aviana immediately. Unless they have some way of negating benefits your cards give to enemies this card is just unplayable.
This garbage piece of ,.. "card" can't be real....
Druid will have less than 1% ladder presence in WitchFUCKINGWood.
Thanks a lot T5
One could make up some lore here. As the Druids are keepers of the natural world, they obviously failed at their "job" with respect to the corrupted forest of the Witchwood. Hence they are all depressed and off the ladder.
There’s got to be some way to cheat this out... Duskfallen Aviana says, “first cardeach player plays...” Maybe Carnivorous Cube, Alarm-o-Bot, and/or some other card can be used to make sure Aviana isn’t played on the opponents turn...
If I were to make a huge presumption, Druids might get a card that makes target minions dormant a turn. It certainly fits with the lore and the theme of the expansion.
It's slightly similar with Millhouse Manastorm, but this one targets all cards. Also, your opponent gets the effect first, so there's a risk, probably a problem if your facing otk/combo decks. I see this card to fit in combo/otk decks but it's kinda tricky like temporus. Imma give this a slightly below average for now.

This is certainly a really creative idea to make the card not insta-dust.
This can be good against Aggro: the opponent won't benefit of the bonus, while you will be able to play a big taunt next turn. Or they kill her, and then she was the taunt.
But Druid has better tools against Aggro, and against other decks this card is suicidal.
If only it read "Battlecry: The next card each player plays costs (0)", it'd be a pretty broken card in right match-ups and in right circumstances. Wouldn't be surprised if it started off as something like that but had to be watered down a bit.
Also, what is it with one of the Druid's themes this expansion being about mirrored effects for both players?
Now that I think about it, worst case scenario it's a 5 mana do nothing. I don't see too many ways of dealing with a 3/7 immediately without having to utilize the 0 cost card you plan to play that turn especially if played on curve.
Ah, so far this reveal season reminds me of the glory days when most legendaries in an expansion sucked, only 3 to 4 legendaries were playable, and maybe 1 or 2 were must crafts. Remember GvG and TGT? I'm not complaining, just means i could save a boatload of gold and dust for the next expansion.

Why can't this just be 9 mana and only apply to yourself? It would just be a nice "if it stuck, you're fucked" legendary for druid.
Well that's dissapointing
Don't mind me just passing by

You gotta keep in mind, that some people will get this as theyr free legendary on day one.
Feels bad man
Conceal died for this
Also this effect isn't interesting- it just combining a couple effects from the classic set. Pint-Sized Summoner + Millhouse Manastorm
Aviana was a legendary that's in wild now, so it is a proper legendary name

46% want to dust it, but then you can get her again! Imagine getting her over and over again, terrible.
All Skill, No Luck

Temporus' best friend.

Excellent card for coop brawls.
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
Millhouse 2.0. Designed to be terrible.
