I think it has some potential but might not find its way into competitive Hearthstone. Even if the minimal weapon cost is 4 (Blood Razor, it is a cheaper flamestrike which is obviously good (since you do not run ice blocks that can diminish the effect). I think this card is fine, but I am not sure if Tempo warrior of this generation will be a thing. We shall see.
It deals damage based on weapons attack not cost.....so it is actually worse than you are giving it credit for

When life gives you lemons, trade'em for limes and get some Coronas!
It's a good card in wild. You can make it work in standard too probably. It really is powerful. But I wish they had spent this card slot for another tempo warrior card. I really think that is a super fun and most importantly healthy deck, but it really needs to stand a chance against warlock. Which it still doesn't.
This is a far FAR worse Dragons Fury. Obviously, it costs more, but building around this card is much more difficult than it is, currently, for a mage to build around Dragons Fury. The echo spell is a much better and more reliable spell for control warrior IMHO.
Nope it's not. After coldlight oracle being moved to wild DMH warrior is unplayable in standard. All because coldlight was too strong with rogue. But as Blizz always is, they get rid of a different card to solve the problem. They could have just nerfed rogue card but no they had to destroy DMH. It was the only deck I really loved playing. I hope this card at least gives it more chance to make a comeback
In the past, viable builds of CW have ran a single copy of Gorehowl. Assuming that Blood Razor continues to see play, this card could definitely make the cut. However, if it turns out that the best build of CW in the new meta is a greedy MR version of Rush Warrior, then Deadly Arsenal will likely see limited play, despite being an otherwise good card, since paying 6-mana to deal 2 damage will often simply lose the game for the Warrior pilot.
