Overall, this card seems a lot better, but also a lot different than Divine Strength. You give up 1-mana tempo value compared to the other with a potential major upside in card value. I can't say how great it is overall, but in this case it seems better.
... Is probably all you need. It seems pretty reasonable, you could run a more traditional control Paladin shell, with just those spells to complete the quest.
might make quest paladin work someway, even tough the payoff isn't that big anyway. regardless the card will be killer in arena where you can either make a minion buff to make a nice trade or save your broad board from a swipe or something.
divine strength has very limited value, this card you can repeat over and over, you can give a minion 5/10 on turn 10! that's at minimum a 5/11 minion
might as well Dinosize it to get a 10/10 for 8 mana or Spikeridged Steed to get basically +4/+12 for 6 mana. I think the value for this card is more towards quest paladin, or Primalfin Champion to get the cards back.
I love Lynessa Sunsorrow, so any opportunities to improve her is appreciated.

Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3
I think this card is gonna be fun as well, especially when combined with the quest or lynessa, but I don't think it's gonna be broken. Seems pretty good in arena though
I don't know that this card is particularly amazing and I am almost certain that it is still worse than spikridged steed. I feel like calling a card better than Divine Strength is easier to do however since that will always be a fairly low-value card except for rare quest pally games where it could maybe come in clutch. I do agree with you though that it is nothing mind blowing or better than steed though.
Forgot to quote with my response, but the idea here stands.

5/10 buff on T10 is terrible. I get that this has flexibility but I can't see this being run outside of quest decks. Divine Strength was half the cost and wasn't used. Divine Strength can be cast easier and empties your hand for Divine Spirit. Seeing as how Galvadon isn't even that crazy of a quest reward, I would imagine that some quest decks might even cut this buff for something different.
I'm pretty sure you don't keep the card, because Echo cards work differently than Unstable Evolution. Where if Unstable Evolution is casted by Yogg, it will stay in your hand. While Echo cards don't according to Mike I believe.

echo is good for any quest lol) phantom militia for warrior for example) and this for paladin for sure)
Lynessa is buffed too with it)
Heroes never die.
I don't think its good enough for constructed. A flexible arena card

I voted playable, just because I think it has a chance to make Quest Paladin significantly better. Don't think it belongs in any other deck though.

if a paladin has one of these and gets 2 Sorcerer's Apprentice it's gg lol,now how you get them, idk haha
omg buff pally is so fun to play i'm autoincluding this

quest pally and lynessa support, definitely has potential this card.
Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.

I am starting to notice that many echo cards are poor value mana-wise, but good value card-wise.
Paladins have so many buffing spells, but so few that see any use. Given the low value of this card, I doubt this spell will have any future.
That said, casting lots of buffs has synergy with The Last Kaleidosaur, so the long-shot Quest Paladin gets another tiny chance at relevancy here.
I would assume so... Potion of Heroism draws a card when you use Lynessa Sunsorrow because you are recasting the entire spell.
