lol ppl really dont know how cards are until played, i see many here commenting not even realizing this is supposed to go into a Miracle Rogue deck but im sure those ppl dont even know what that is and probably just play some aggro deck while hoping that face hunter becomes huge with Baku so they can press a button and do 3 no skill damage to enemy face.
As always if someone calls it good card its gonna be bad, if someone says its bad its gonna be good, Gotta love this 16 year olds that think they have the skill to play HS which aint that much of a skilled game. I would laugh seeing this ppl play Magic The Gathering
Go back to MTG you dont undestand anything about HS.
Nice explanation, how about you tell me why? You do realize Rogue has preparation spell right? everything played on the same turn of Auctioneer makes a nice combo. But okay i will go back to a less skilled game MTG ahahahaahh u jest my friend.
Edit- Wait no explanation needed. You say you are an aggro player in your description. I understand everything now
No i never thought about preparation... genious. You do realize that Auctioneer is the reason why this card and many other rogue cards sucks, right?
Edit: Stfu dude... do not waste my time on someone as insignificant as you.
Insignificant? Cause u have an account dating back to 2015 and mines not? ahahaah you got love the internet. ppl actually think they have some type of level of importance behind a screen and keyboard. who are you for saying u are better than me? you can be Brode himself, or a pro player or just a kid, nobody knows, same applies to me and yet you feel you are more important than me. I dont give 2 shits about it. Question is can you sleep tonight not knowing or ever will know if u are really more important than me? Sadly we will never know. Sad But True

Do you really think i will waste my time trying to argue with someone like you? lol ok m8...
The card is almost certainly going to see some sort of play as Rogue needs a coin generator for standard. Even then though, this card is just not "good". It's just the best they got at the moment for it's specific purpose.
im sure this will see play as miracle seems to always find a way, although maybe not as a two of. im sure they tested it at three and it was probably broken with prep. or they probably tested without the kill minion effect and it was too good. I personally think they should have at least allowed it to hit face incase you need extra burst or there's no minions to hit.
Here is the Rogue version of Flanking Strike, and I am disappointed that the rarity is so much higher. Getting extra Coins is something that is easy for Rogues to take advantage of, but is it enough value to be worth including? I plan to keep an eye on this card.
This is my dream for this card: The card itself definately feels super meh right now, but what we haven't been revealed yet is the guy in the Wanted poster! So basically that dude would be a 11-18 costed super-win-now-sort of combo guy that needs you to hoard all the coins in the world in order to be played.
You 'd get 2 coins from the Wanted! cards, 1 extra with Valeera, 1 if you start the game with coin, 2 if you're Wild with the Counterfeits, and then maybe some with potential echo shenanigans that hasn't been revealed.
People don't even see the potential combo on this one. First it's a spell, yeah it's 4 mana but if u pair it with preparation it becomes one. Now turn 7 rogue would be auctioneer+prep+this+the coin that I will get etc.

Preparation is terrible, the rogue class suffer the eternal curse of this dammed card forever, because this crap every single spell for rogue is overcosted, so, you play more mana for your spells in a tempo class or spend too much resources to make tempo swings not enough to win many games because the developer have an injustified fear of give rogue semi-playable cards.
And for destroy the last hope for rogue with one of few decks strong vs warlocks they HoF Oracle killing Mill rogue in Standard.
Why they love warlock so badly and hates rogue so much is beyond me...

What you prefer? a coin or a free 3/3 with beast tag? Compare this terrible bad, insanely overcosted crap card with the hunter one and you see how much the only existence of cursed preparation cost for rogue.
Where talking about two different classes here, which is Rogue and Hunter. Rogues identity is based from combos. Yes, it's not as good as the one like you said the card with 3/3 deal 3 damage. But like I said rogues are reliant on spells because they're mostly combo reliant ever since hearthstone was created.
On the other hand, Hunter focuses more on an aggressive board in the early to midgame with minions. That's always their gameplan.

Hunter = Minions
Rogue = Spells
Ok hunter get minions and rogue get spells, what is not ok is the two spells cost the same when hunter spell is waaaaaaaaaaaaay more rewarding.
Or rogue spell should cost 3 manas or give more than 1 coin.
1 coin vs a free 3/3 for the similar cards is just the level of garbage cards rogue always get.
With the only exception of quest rogue all rogue decks is classic cards + neutrals cards and ignore all class card bring by the expansions because is overcosted and outclassed by far for everything else.
Burgle is a shine example of that, Blizzard is pushing this crap for many expansions already, when was the last time burgle rogue is Tier 2 a least? Never.
If basic set rogue is too strong (is not weak for sure but I don't think is this strong everyone says) just HoF some cards, especially Preparation, and stop this bullshit of endless garbage cards every expansion.
I believe it's a 7 mana Malygos, i mean, you drop Kobold Illusionist, then use WANTED! on it and then it's 8 mana but you have a coin, so it's a 7 mana Malygos and if you already used Valeera the Hollow it's like 24 dmg in one turn ( 2x Sinister Strike + Shadow Reflection). Now with this new cards i think you can survive til turn 10 against aggro decks. So i think it's a good card because Dirty Rat will be no longer in Standard.
I know you can use Eviscerate on Kobold Illusionist like Toast is doing it, but it'll be like wasting 4 dmg to the face or maybe more if your 9 mana Malygos somehow survives in the next turns.
Could this work in a Malygos miracle OTK deck? I doubt it could ever be super viable because you need to survive until you draw Malygos + Sinister Strike x2 + Eviscerate x 2 + Preparation or 2. Along with killing things with WANTED! haha, giving you the extra coins to finish off the sure OTK.
I might have to give it a try. It could never succeed against aggro/token decks (looking at you, silver hand paladin). But if the meta were slow enough I think it could work.
Edit: If you wanted to be really super clunky, you could do some Kobold Illusionist + Sonya Shadowdancer shenanigans (you know, Wanted! on your kobold, then backstab on your poor 1 cost Malygos haha). Would be cheesy and fun when it works. You know, when it works 1 out of 20 games.
It's not that bad guys. If you play miracle rogue, you know even a single coin can lead to winning the game. There are also a few good new 3 drops, so protecting them on turn 4 + getting a coin is not bad at all.

Maybe playable in "even" rogue? ...
I can see this maaaaybe in a miracle rogue list but we’ll see
I don´t like It, perhaps in miracle can see some play, but I don´t know
I think this might play pretty well in an all even mana deck

IN - SANE - ly bad. Dust every time.
At 4 mana you really need to be doing something better than doing 3 damage to a minion and (possibly) gaining a coin.

Would be cool idea anyways :)

Wanted: A better card - one coin seems stingy. It should draw a card like the Wanted Poster in Eternal.
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.

It's bad but will probably see a tiny amount of play because rogue classic set. Boring as fuck if I am honest.
