Not sure about it. It's ALOT of pseudo draw but shaman basic spells are quite bad in most cases. Probably still widely used.
*edit*
More I look at it, more I like it. Shamans spell pool in standard is 26 at the moment. Of those I'd gladly take about 20 from the result of RNG. Most of them are not worth deckslot but when you get them free they're ALOT better. Sure you still will get bad rng and not the cards you want but most of the cards are decent removal / healing / draw/nutrition cards.
+ It makes overload archetypes better as you will get decently often overload cards from the HP. Think people overreact on the battlecry. There's often turns on shaman that you will gladly trade to your opponent to play this and then keep playing minions like before.
Meh, nothing that would really be meta defining. Blizzard is hitting the meme train hard with Shamans. First Runespear, now this. I'm kinda sad because I thought it was going to have some fun Hex type interactions.
looks like just the right kind of card a specific Control Shaman could enjoy. however, it requires minions to be played, which sparks some interesting deckbuilding questions. I wonder if this is the Elemental Shaman payoff card.

this is...not bad? I mean, people play Shadowreaper mostly for the BOardclear ´+ the additional over time value from the hero power. THis is similar. The only problem I see is that obviously you'll want to play this in a minion-focussed deck, but her Battlecry works against you.
Really not sure what kind of deck this would even fit into.

Dang, if that isn't powerful. Kinda dumb, but really cool, too.
Finally
Super disappointing.

Control shaman babe!!
Kinda slow tho, but i think it could work in a minion heavy deck.
Board clear and card draw - both shaman's biggest weaknesses
Auto-include and auto craft for me
That's a lot of value.
8-mana duskbreaker.

Surprise!
That silver hand recruits board clear ; Woah! <3
And that passive ain't too shabby. I do think it is playable
I wonder about her emotes now ...

I tried having fun once. It was awful.
Hagetha is basically tavern brawl attached to a hero.
Very good for control.
Mass removal, value generator, 5 life.
I liked.
Gonna have to wait and see what shaman spells are released, at the moment it doesn't feel worth it with the shaman spells available
Why they reprinting rexxar so soon?
The Battlecry doesn't feel connected to Hagatha from a flavor-perspective, and 8 mana might be too late to stop a Dude Paladin :/
That being said, a Deathrattle Shaman wouldn't care as much about blasting their own minions.
