Mirage Caller does not work like Vivid, it would not occupy the same spot in the decklist as Mirage; really wish people would start to understand that. The power of this card comes from it's uniqueness; Mirage doesn't have close to the applicability this spell offers, it can't be judged on outdated tech.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
I know Temporus will still be a meme, but if you could make it work, this would be hugely powerful. Unlike Mirage Caller, you can get this from Shadow Visions, which makes some kind of Temporus/Prophet Velen TTK combo slightly easier to assemble.
Definitely going to try this in Odd Priest. Play a minion. Summon a damaged copy of it. Heal it for 4 with upgraded Hero Power. Buff their health with Glitter Moth. Next turn, Void Ripper FTW.
Isn't it almost the same with Mirage Caller? I mean it has the same use . I don't believe it is to be played with circle of healing .
Not even close to same. It is spell, you can have it discounted/free with radiant elementals and create some nice comboes with it. Also you can put this in Big Priest deck, which was not possible for Mirage Caller.
Are people forgetting that Barnes (the crux of Big Priest) rotates into wild when the Witchwood expansion hits?
I have played almost exclusively this season with Big Priest in standard, two variations. Based on those games, while Barnes is one of the core cards in that archtype, I still can see some possibilies even without Barnes. I mean that sometimes Barnes is even more of a burden than asset. Whether the deck will be good enough without him is still to be seen...
After rotation, losing A LOT of AOE spells in standard -- Dragonfire Potion, shrink/horror combo, healing potion, and of course, Barnes. N'zoth is gone too if you rely on mad spawning of Obsidian Statues for the fatigue trump card.
So, is it possible to stay alive to turn 6 and start freaking people out with big minions? Because this seems like an ideal spell for a big rez build.
/use a "Medium" rez priest build with Lyra and Soggoth in place of Ysera and Y'shaarj, and I've seen the Malygos/Velen deck in action -- it's impressively annoying.
You can do the stormwind champion combo with 2 Vivid Nightmares and only 1 Radiant Elemental which adds some more flexibility too.
yeah, just noted "the full combo" you can do 20 damage with 4 cards and 10 mana. like leeroy +pow+ faceless.. it's more cards but no need for thaurissan and It's flexible.
Priest has a lot of cards that this can work with... the dream is to have a Prophet Velen stick and then OTK. But there are so many more options that I think this might find a place in a few deck archetypes... playable
I can see Eternal servitude + this card for 2 Velen for 7 mana, then you can mindblast + holy smite or double mindblast with a coin. How does it work when you have two velen ? Mindblast deals 5 then 10 then 20 ?
Just what priest needs, another way to get early Statues 🤔
Prophet Velen + Vivid Nightmare + Mind Blast + Mind Blast = 40 damage. Emperor Thaurissan all four of them.
Not good, but neat. I think the Lyra stuff is more likely to be good.

Inner Fire priest.

Looked at Big Malygos/Velen Priest builds.

Someone else get’s reminded of Quest Mage too? Like... Play Lyra (Antonidas) > Radiant (Apprentice) > Radiant (Apprentice) > Vivid (Reflection) > Vivid (Reflection) > Unlimmited spells?
(I know antonidas drops a turn later in quest mage but you get the idea)
Stormwind Knight
Divine Spirit
Inner Fire
Vivid Nightmare
20 dmg face. Sure you can also do this with 2 divine spirit but this might complement that strategy.
Everybody talks about deathrattle and stuff but nobody noticed
4 to 6 Radiant Elemental+ LyraSunshard
Prophet Velen approves!

IMO this is a sick card. It has great OTK potential.
Radiant Elemental (2 Mana)
Eternal Servitude (3 Mana - total 5) to get Prophet Velen
Vivid Nightmare (2 Mana - total 7) for a second Velen
Mind Blast (2x 1 Mana - total 9) for 40 dmg burst
