I don't think it is good enough for aggro paladin. While screwing with your opponent's ability to clear is incredibly strong as an aggro deck, this card whiffs a lot against aggro and can be horrible in top deck mode. It feels more like a control/midrange trump card. I could be wrong though. This card is tough to get a great read on.
This is strong enough that a paladin nerf seems almost inevitable shortly after the launch of the set. Paladin has all the strongest cards in the game right now.
Seems to be MUCH worse value wise than loatheb. It's going to be dead 2 mana card in your hand against some decks, but can win you the game against others. With loatheb you atleast always got 5/5 body even when the effect was useless. Hard to judge, could be good in dude paladin, but I don't really follow all the hype here.

Since when does paladin have to topdeck? Divine favor says hello.
People say that’s not as good as loatheb. In general maybe. But don’t forget the fact that paladin always has a full board. So I think this one fits perfectly in paladin, it will be meta defining even in wild.
Are you sure Paladin always has a board?
Cause this is one card that does nothing ,only sitting in your hand until you have board! You cant play it like Aldor and have at least a body.
Loatheb is incredibly powerful, but the the effect on a 5/5 for 5 is waaay better than just the effect for 2. Plus, Paladin doesn't really seem able to capitalize on this. Neat, though.
Loatheb was run in aggro paladin decks as a way to prevent board clears on aggressive boards. This fits perfectly.
Seems strong, but situational, let's the paladin hold off the board most of the time, but is it even worth a deck slot, does paladin always play loatheb in wild? well, I think Loatheb isn't an auto include there(didn't check). and Loatheb is much stronger than this card.
It's hard to play this card at the right time, but when you do, the pay off is justified.
Dang, great card for securing a board for buffs early and cheap. Loatheb has a the 5/5 body but this is 3mana less making all the difference in the early game. You can also carry two copies... Yikes.
This is a fringe tech card. Loatheb was good in aggro because it generated a threat AND protected your board with a single card. If this one cycled itself, it would've been good. As it is, it will probably be a dead draw too often. Plus there is a bunch of minion-based removal this does nothing against which wasn't present in Loatheb days.

loatheb is an auto-include in any wild paladin deck that wins

Was about to say that. Not playing Loatheb in wild means losing to Druid 99% of the time.

Yeah, divine favor is great at drawing cards, but having played plenty of generations of aggro paladins, I also know that divine favor whiffs a lot. On top of this, divine favor makes up only 1/15th of your deck. There are a lot of games where you will never see divine favor. Being an aggro deck with a lot of low mana costed cards, you often find yourself in something close to topdeck mode. Dude paladin is a little different, but I consider that to be more of a midrange deck myself. Dude paladin has heavier cards and cards that produce other cards so it needs topdecks less often.
The major point of my argument was that the card whiffs against aggro though. Having a card or two that is better in some matchups than others is perfectly reasonable in any given deck, but you never want a card in your hand to completely whiff in a tempo based matchup.
I do think that this card has some potential, but I don't see it in aggro paladin so much as a midrange or control paladin.
People already saying this will be nerfed lol funny.

useless if murloc pally remains dominant

Seems fine in tournaments. But on ladder this seems sooooooo bad - don't get the high ratings at all.

I'm estimating that Rebuke is to Loatheb about as good as Dark Conviction is to Keeper of Uldaman.
(a.k.a. pretty poor and niche))
Loatheb might be the best tech card in the game. This is meta-defining.
I don't see how anyone couldnt love this card if they play paladin.
I can understand how paladin haters would already hate this card.
