Idk if this matters but you could run Master Oakheart then have Tar Creeper, Gloom Stag, and Hadronox to be pull able. Probably to much of a meme but it could a way for Odd Druid to have a pseudo Ultimate Infestation and it offers more immediate value at a 1 mana discount. Although if even with that they still miss something to replace Swipe (Starfall maybe?) and also lack a win condition but hopefully Witchwood covers those bases and then we could maybe see an Odd Druid sit in the lower tiers. (Highly doubt they would print broken enough cards for Odd Druid to be Tier 1 since Cube Warlock will still be around.)

No wild growth. No swipe. No UI. No Spreading Plague. No Oaken Summons or Branching Patchs. No Wrath. For what? A hit-or-miss 9 mana combo that is not even easy to pull off? I played big druid a lot because druid is my favorite class and the times I missed the combo by having recruit minions in my hand before Oakheart were more than the times I pulled that combo. That curd is battlecry: gain 100 dust kind of card.

This is what I have before all the cards are released for Witchwood, and it's not looking good tbh. Not a lot of card draws, not a lot of ramp. IF this deck wants to work out, Druid must get a bunch of good cards from this and the two expansions after.
I actually kinda like this card but I just don't think it's going to work in an only odd cost deck simply because there are too many even cost druid cards that you'd want to play, 2 that come to mind straight away are usually spreading plague and ultimate infestation, but lets see what rest of the expansion has to bring for odd cost cards.

It's biggest sin, like all the new odd/even cards, it's dull and restrictive.
Odd Druid isn't going to be that great, unless Blizzard gives it insane support in the rest of the set.
The deck would lose Wild Growth, Swipe, Ultimate Infestation, and a few other strong cards.
I sincerely hope Blizz makes OdDruid playable...

We'll likely see more decent odd Druid cards and odd Neutral cards.

Dunno if it's yet been mentioned but this works with both Master Oakheart and Hadronox.

No to the first question right off the bat. Astral Tiger costs 4.
