Playing since KFT and i think Un'goro was a better expansion, adapt and quests are really new mechanics(and cool). Rush is just charge and the other is unstable evolution text card...
Maybe keywords like "dream" "fade" or mechanics that makes a minion cast a spell instead of attack, idk. What do you think guys.
Expansions don't need new keywords to be successful. The need fun cards that allow for new deckbuilding strategies, which this expansion already has 2 of.
I feel sad about having the "Rush" keyword, I hope there's a lot more keywords and different ones as well. Except that, we've seen by faaaaar too little to know.

All i can say is that you may be pleasantly surprised with the cards. Echo especially seems like the kind of mechanic that may bring a lot of creative ideas with it.
Rush is a bit disappointing, but I like the idea of adding more cards like Unstable Evolution and I think blizzard always manages to make a few really fun cards that you can do crazy stuff with. Honestly I don't care if there's good cards I just want wacky stuff and the dude that copies your opponent's hand is already crazy so I'm happy
I actually see some strong potential. Especially if the echo mechanic isn't limited to on-card text (give all murlocs in your hand echo...). There will also be 'even' and 'odd' decks - hunter and warrior could make a comeback. It also looks like Team 5 has finally acknowledged the charge mistake and created an exit strategy with rush.

Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
Seems good to me. Rush allows to make immediate board presence trades without the potential that Charge gave cards to be OP'd. Blizzard seriously undervalued how powerful charge was when they first launched the game and it made new charge characters tough to make. This is a nice middle ground without disassembling the Charge mechanic entirely.
Echo is sort of going in the tradition of Blizzard testing the waters with a certain card (Unstable Evolution) and then if people like it they can invest more cards in it instead of hoping it works out later down the line (looking at you inspire).
So Rush is a good balance mechanic, Echo is something with a lot of potential. Look forward to seeing it go. PS... look forward to some sort of Malygos/Echo damage card shenanigans.
Have you played any of these new cards? Better yet, how about the 120 plus cards left to reveal? C'mon, how can there always be someone whining about stuff like that...
Look, I want to tell you something because you're very dear to me. And I hope you understand that it comes from the bottom of my damaged, damaged heart. You are the finest piece of ass I've ever had and I don't care who knows it. I am so glad that I got to roam those hillsides.
Why do so many people dislike rush? Sure it isn't new, but it is a good way to use the flawed charge mechanic. Echo, on the other hand, is incredibly intriguing to me personally. There are so many potential applications for the first card alone and it seems about as vanilla as cards get.

What does this even mean? You propose keywords, but not the mechanic behind it? You saying "dream" makes me think anything other than an Emerald Dream expansion would have disappointed you. You got your hopes up and Blizzard burst your bubble.

We've only seen six cards. A bit early to declare the expansion a dissapointment, I think.

Holy shit that didn't take long.
I wonder how long it's gonna be before we see those "this is the worst expansion", or "this expansion is the most broken" xD zulul.
Just chill a bit OP, there's still like 130 cards left to see, there's bound to be something that'll get you wet ;)

There's also the new "change each turn in hand" card type, which may be interesting.
aint new, there is molten blade that is the same, and the 1 mana legendary cant remember the name,. but love the expac so far
Yeah, its a warrior weapon and the other a neutral legendary.
The first few cards are usually the most basic of the new mechanics and a few gimmicky ones. Just wait, The good stuff is in 2 weeks
