Don't underestimate lifesteal on a neutral minion. Control decks in classes without much control can definitely use it, it also is the best neutral lifesteal activator of the 4 mana 3/3 to date.
I don't expect this to elevate something like control hunter, but it could be one more piece of the puzzle.
So many people are still underestimating the power of Lifesteal. This might be what makes Corpsetaker usable for many classes, as it has only 2 stats less than the neutral lifesteal worm while costing 2 less. This is definitely playable as is. If we get a good Divine Shield + Taunt or Divine Shield + Windfury option, it will become very good. Perhaps, a Corpsetaker Keleseth Rogue will become a great deck again. Lifesteal becomes much more powerful when the minion gets buffed.
The Werewolf mechanic is a lot of fun (and I like fun) but I don't see this card as good in constructed or Arena - is a 3 mana 2/4 good? Not really. Is a 3 mana 4/2 good? Not really. The lifesteal element isn't awful of course but there'll be more reliable heal in constructed and the heal it will deliver is small beer in Arena.
An interesting guess is they might have like a 5 mana 5/5 that's like Has Taunt and each turn that it is in your hand swap for stealth. Not sure how likely that would be, and probably didn't want to make 3 keywords for a single expansion.
I think this is the most under-rated reveal so far. It is a solid neutral card for a control deck against aggro to stay out of lethal range. It is not flashy, but it looks most utilitarian.
Pumpkin Peasant is just another bad card, in arena it will see some play, and is almost playable in a buff paladin, which is already a bad deck, and will not even exist in Standard once Gadgetzan rotates. Below Average to bad card. The stats are just too bad on their own to justify it being playable in constructed.

Great Arena card, especially as a 4/2 with Lifesteal - Usually it'll be traded with, and even if it gets spell'd, that's still pretty good.
For constructed, I have my doubts, as it's slow neutral healing.

I tried having fun once. It was awful.

Really don't see this card seeing any play other than in arena honestly.
Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.
