My guess is that this will be another Reno, where people be like "no duplicates!!! no idiot would ever do that to their deck!!" This and the other legendary will be used in meta-decks someday if some single person gets really clever
Sure, it's a bummer that you cannot use the 1 mana divine shield minions, but lets see what this expansion has to offer for even costed cards.
I was thinking the same thing. The downside is you have no one mana cards to start. But if your hero power costs one, you can at least drop a SVR on the board.
Starting hero power huh.. so no anduin sheningans it seems.
It's good cause with 1 mana hero powers you can easily fill the voids that your even cards make in your turns by playing the hero power,
The ones that are actually good at 1 mana and you can always play them to decent effect are mage, paladin, and shaman.
I think this fits best in paladin, since paladin has the best even cards (4 mana slot having the best options, while having a lot of 2 drop options)
wonder if we will see wax elemental and the like being played just because it costs 0 and gives you time.
ALL IN ALL seems like a good card will definitely see play. currently, meta defining for me such cards with VERY powerful effects have been meta warping cards, if not this expansion, in next ones, if not in standard, in wild.
This fits perfectly into Paladin decks, albeit none of the current builds (murloc, dude, secret, exodia). I can see this pushing new archetypes for a few classes.
WAIT! It says your STARTING hero power... so... dk?

This card will see some play in Hunter, Warlock and Paladin for sure. Will make Face Hunter viable again where you now can cut all 1-drops in favor of 2's and 4's where your hero power will fill out t1 and t3 nicely. Will be busted in Warlock if an alternative to Cubelock comes. Might see a Handlock return. Dude Paladin will also probably love this.
I voted Very Good because I feel like there will be some decks at some point who can make this card very good. If you only have even-costed cards then you have no turn 1 play.
I'm not sure this guy will see play (at least, compared to the other similar card reveal). Even cards don't curve as nicely haha. I thought rogue could make use of him because they can manipulate mana costs more easily than other heroes, but 1 cost dagger doesn't really scare people (especially since 1 cost Kingsbane is so much better lol). Maybe druid could try?
Obviously things could change as more cards get revealed. It's a shame it only makes the starting power cost 1 haha, kinda screws up the death knights (the other guy also screws this up lol). It would obviously be op if you could have, say, a 1 cost paladin death knight power though of course.

Cards like are going to see ALOT of experimenting and someone is going to make a T2 or T3 deck that works. I like the other one better but it will encourage deck experimenting, which is just good for the game.
it says your STARTING HP so... dk??? That s not starting

Does this mean your deck should only have 3 mana cards? or only 2 mana cards etc?
Edit: ooh nevermind. Yes english is not my native language.
2 mana minons, Call to Arms , Sunkeeper Tarim , Lightfused Stegodon , ...

I can already tell this is going to create some degenerate, aggro bullshit deck.
I'm bummed they used genn for this effect. This doesn't seem that super good now. But I'm sure will have something going for it by end of reveal.

BTW the stats on this card are quite MEH..

I'm not even sure this is playable. No deck wants a basic hero power on 1, and that's what this offers.
Maybe if there are some cards that allow you to multi-cast your hero power, we will have something.

Bonemare is 8 mana now... could see a return?

Now you do.
Hunter gonna love this so much.
even-cost cards so what mana cost is that?
