So ive been brainstorming over with a few decks and i was considering what cards would beat warlock other than Spellbreaker. I thought to myself that if im playing another Control deck Tinkmaster would be a decent option cause if they get an early Voidlord or Doomguard. You can just Tinkmaster it and it will screw up their demon count for Gulidan and Z'noth. I just want to know if anyone of you have tried it and let me know cause i think its a card that is highly underrated because of how much Warlock there is.
I've teched him against warlock before for decent results, but the problem is that you need to have no board to maximize his effectiveness and then if he devilsaurs something you're facing a 5/5 that stays on board if you used Tink early.
Situational, but potentially a game-winner in the right place.
It's pretty bad... the only matchup you really want to use it in is against warlocks, and even then the voidlord\doomguard has to be the only minion on the board if you want to have 100% success rate, and even then you might turn it into 5/5 which is not what you're looking for from a removal...
If you want to deny a guldan value, just play Mage or Shaman for much more consistence results.

First of all, this isn't helpful as not everyone wants to play mage or shaman. Second, warlocks often have just one minion on the board so this isn't that difficult to do. Third, turning a Doomguard into a 5/5 while playing a 3/3 isn't a terrible play as you've dealt two damage to it and denied Bloodreaver value. Fourth, it can be just as valuable against other decks (Big Priest, a big buffed up Pally minion, stealthed Auctioneer, changing your own token into a 5/5...).
To OP: I think this card is fantastic and I'm debating crafting it just to throw it into my Big Spells Reno Mage in wild as having only one Polymorph is proving difficult against some classes.
