If you didn't craft it, sure. It can be a useful Legendary.
If you crafted it, disenchanting it is a nice 1600 dust loss and crafting golden Legendaries kind of implies to me that you do not need the dust.
Maybe in the next expansion there come some Elemental synergy mage cards and elemental quest is a tier 2 deck... Not that it is particluarly likely, but we do not know what the next expasnion brings. Additionally, if you'd ever by Un'goro packs again, you could open the quest again. And finally, in wild it still works perfectly. But even if you do not play wild, I think you should still wait until the quest rotates 2019.
Blizzard did add some cards to K and C which looked to improve certain quests even if they didn't make a mark in the meta. I would wait and see if the next expansion offers anything for quest mage before pressing the button as it is a really interesting quest.
One of the biggest issues people had with ice block was the fact that you could get lucky and have 3, 4 or more ice blocks in one game from spell gen effects. A lot of HS personalities actually suggested blizzard stop printing spell gen effects or remove ice block from the pool rather than nerf/rotate ice block itself
Knowing this, it's likely that blizzard is going to print a lot of powerful spell generation effects in the next expansion. These synergize with open the waygate. It's also possible the quest could be played outside of draw heavy OTK decks, similar to the giants control hybrid or many reno decks in wild. I'm not saying you should go play these fringe decks, but that they exist and similar, more powerful decks could arise in the future
As always, making collection changing decisions with an expansion upcoming soon is never a great idea
Ice block is a good card to have on quest mage, doesn't mean it is 100% NEEDED on it, the deck loses strenght but it is not unplayable, it is still good vs the decks it was good before, mainly control.
I would hold onto it. I don't think its safe to disenchant any legendary unless it is dogshit Moorabi tier (even then I still won't disenchant my Moorabi but you get my point)
Any opinion given here before we see what the next expansion will bring is fairly moot because for all we know there could be some sleeper card that makes Quest Mage quite strong in the next meta. Afterall, look at what happened with Tempo Rogue before the nerf.
Now that Iceblock is getting moved to wild/hall of fame, is it safe to DE this card? Gold version. Whats everyones thoughts?
If you don't like it then diss :D there is always space to experiment and could be playable.
Wait until the next expansion hit, maybe they will introduce some cards that have good synergy with it.

In the end, it's your decision...

Garrosh did nothing wrong.
