Why isn't Naga Sea Witch up for nerf consideration? It's interaction with giants is stupid and feels bad to lose to. The way this card works should be changed somehow; giants should instead cost a flat 5-mana and that will make these stupid giant builds everywhere in wild obsolete.
I've no idea. The problem was that Blizzard made some stealth change to Bright-Eyed Scout (I forget what, but Blizzard said it had something to do with dungeon runs somehow; I can't remember what their asinine reason was exactly). In the process, they accidentally broke Naga/Giants,. I saw some of the original posts where people were asking Blizzard about it, and at first they denied that they'd done anything, then they denied that it worked that way, then they pretended that they meant for it to happen all along. Fortunately, there aren't that many people abusing the bug/combo/feature/whateveryouwanttotcallit, even though it's the strongest combo in wild. Naga needs to revert to the way it used to work, period.
Guys, please. There was already an explanation provided about why the change was made between Naga & the giants, and that the change was intentional. Naga was already changed and it is not a bug, exploit, or glitch. The change was made to make such other 'aura' effects more consistent across the board. Unless we want to continue making interactions and mechanics even more inconsistent in the game then the change is here to stay.
I also have to say that as much as it is frustrating to lose to Giants Big Priest is still much much worse when a Big Priest gets its good hand when compared to the good hand of a giant deck. Giant decks stand no chance to win against a Big Priest that gets Barnes into Obsidian Status on turn four and then multiple rez effects from that point onward.
Yeah, that's the perfect solution. Think of something more creative. Also, no one said it was unbeatable. I said it feels bad to lose to and the interaction is stupid.

Lots of things feel bad to lose to. How does this deck/interaction feel any different than feeling bad to losing to Big Priest highrolling, hyper-aggressive smorcing you and winning before turn 6, rogues smacking you with a 10+ attack lifesteal weapon each turn, warlocks stalling forever and then generating value out of nowhere with Gul'Dan & N'Zoth, or priests stealing everything you have.
I just fail to see why this interaction is so evil because it makes players feel bad when there are plenty of things that provide the same type of feeling just in different match-ups/archtypes. Should we break everything mentioned above so that players don't feel bad if/when they lose to something?
Does it feel bad to be intellectually inept too? Making a thread to bitch about virtually nonexistent problem in the wild ladder? Think of something more creative.
Translation: Woah look at me! I can use alliteration to sound neat!
You're smoking crack if you think this interaction isn't a problem on Wild ladder.
She wasn't always like this. Originally she just made all cards in your hand cost 5, period. But then Blizzard shadowbuffed her last year to allow cost reductions. It was so stupid and makes no sense at all, and singlehandedly ruined wild.
If Naga would have her buffed effect rolled back to what the original incorrect interaction was then it would require any other similar cost setting and cost reduction interactions to then be nerfed to what Naga would be returned to in order to make all other interactions consistent so that we don't have an inconsistent game.
And if we would nerf Naga then it would make just as much sense to prevent other interactions such as the whole Malganis keeping other demons alive after equality setting minions' health to one and other such interactions.

GOOD. Do it then. Naga has ruined Wild. Either nerf her, or everything. I don't care at this point. JUST FIX IT

I fail to see how Naga has ruined wild considering Big Priest is all over ranked, which is a terrible match-up for giant decks. Have you actually tried grinding out ranks with a giant deck on ladder before? All forms of aggro paladin also win against it, as well as smorc shaman if it gets a good early curve.
They dont care, sadly. I have played like 20 times against this deck with Pirate Rogue before Patches nerf and not a single lose but they nerfed patches and dont fixed it, if you think this interaction is "normal" or "healthy" just watch Controltheboard's stream. He always show how stupid/degenerate is this deck.
I believe Blizzard will nerf the Naga Sea Witch interaction with Giants, it is just a question of when. The current Brawl is a good reflection of why. Anyone who does not think Naga is a problem in wild has no clue what kind of meta Giants Warlock has created.
well the only deck that can counter is priest(lightbomb), and maybe doomsayer+frost nova.
other classes seems to be fucked in the butt( i dont play wild)
The worst thing about the Giants decks are when you read posts like these, and you decide to start playing Wild, and you waste a shitload of dust crafting the cards, only to find out that the deck actually sucks. Sure, you get the nuts sometimes and you actually have your witch, and your giants, and your opponent doesn't have answers ... but if you want an RNG Fiesta, just play big priest.

I'm not sure who here has actually tried climbing with one of the giant variants because there seems to be a general consensus that the archetype is nearly unstoppable with no good match-ups against it when that is far from the truth. Does the deck have insta win favorable match-ups? Of course, but what type of deck doesn't have them? However, as has already been mentioned the deck falls over to most hyper-aggressive decks and some other highroll decks (one which should be obvious).

Just play around 5 mana 37/37's
Hey, that's wild.
You know what wild is for Blizzard?
A thrash can.

Play the deck if you think it is so unbeatable.
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.

I went 12-2 with Nagalock in the Brawliseum it was awesome
