Ok so blizzard is just going to active try ruin wild to sell more standard packs. What
how does this comment make any sense?
Im just not very ok with them buffing Giantslock. I mean it's almost meaningless but no changes to Naga means that the deck will be even stronger.
I don't think it'll be a major buff for a deck I rarely see. I'm happy with it. I may be biased, though, as I play a brew with a solid answer to anything giants :P
I've always seen the Giantslock as an "oops-I-win" deck once you spawn a field full of giants before your opponent can Twisting Nether or whatever. Classes such as Mage (and Warlock before turn 7) has no way of dealing with that, and the fact that it can be combo'd with a Loatheb for an unstoppable kill is even more frustrating. I'm just not too happy about this kind of deck in Hearthstone. If I want to get killed like this I'd play MtG and get slapped to death by Eldrazi Titans instead you know what Im saying?

And I mean that in the most affectionate way possible. To all new(ish) players worried about whether you will get a refund, the answer is 100% yes. I have been playing since GvG. Players did not used to get refunds or compensation when cards were nerfed, period.
Leeroy went from 4 to 5 mana? Too bad. Can I dust him for 1600? No. You can dust him for 400 like every other legendary.
Blizzard introduced compensatory mechanics around the release of Hall of Fame for the purpose of dampening what was an otherwise very disheartening blow to players everywhere (Azure Drake rotation, Molten Giant nerf, etc.). Since then, the mechanic has been unswayed. If a print is being nerfed, rotated, or otherwise "changed" in any manner (aside from set-rotation as per yearly cycle) you will be compensated.
So yes, it is absolutely 100% safe to craft two Golden Mountain Giants.
Hope this helped some of you.
EDIT: Right from the main page. Took me 4 seconds on Google.
You will receive free arcane dust for any cards you have that are moving to the Hall of Fame without needing to disenchant the cards.
It will only refund two copies, right? I guess that would include mixed golden and normal version? And it would prioritize golden versions?
The exact wording is:
You will receive free arcane dust for any cards you have that are moving to the Hall of Fame without needing to disenchant the cards.
It may be a stretch, but it would appear that all four (2x golden, 2x not golden) would be granted dust returns. If that is not the case, then absolutely yes, the golden two would be prioritized.

There has always been a period of time where the dust value of nerfed cards was full value. Not sure where you got your info. Hall of Fame works differently in that you don't even have to dust it, but nerfed cards have always DE for full value within the grace period.

Are you sure? If so, my apologies. Everything else I said holds true, though. Thanks for the well-mannered correction.
