Hi, I don't know if this post are created yet, but. What dou you think what is the most used neutral cards in all heros desk? Like fire fly, alpha wolf... which more. Thank for your comment
Man, your question can go a number of diferent ways:
1) In the current meta, what neutral cards are most played:
That info is on HS Replay (https://hsreplay.net/cards/#sortBy=includedPopularity&exclude=class). This data is dependent in the level of play of each deck, which might change in time (ex: Carnivorous Cube is the 5th most played neutral card, but is almost only played in one deck).
2) In the current meta, what neutral cards fit the most decks:
This is the way you want to go if you want to craft a card and wants it to fit most decks. My own take on that (I´m far from competitive and play most wild) is that you should look for the most wide cards on this list, such as Spellbreaker, Tar Creeper, Mistress, Scalebane, Doomsayer, Stonehill defender, Firefly, Knife Jugler. You can add to that some popular "packs", such as Dragon or Murloc, which can fit different classes.
3) What neutral cards have been the best in HS history, so that you can plan long-term crafts
This should be focused in the classic set. Doomsaye, Knife Jugler, Coldligh Oracle, Acolyte of Pain, Dire Wolf Alpha, Loot Hoarder, Southsea Deckhand, Argent Squire, Bluegiil Warior, Defender of Argus.

You mean "neutral", not "common"
