1. Dust it for full, recraft it if it's still good
2. Dust it for full, don't recraft if it's bad
3. Keep it, it turns out to still be good
4. Keep it, it's unplayable
The only bad outcome is #4. Therefore, it's always the correct choice to dust every nerfed card, unless you know you'll keep the card even if it's terrible after the nerf.
This!
even if the card turns out to be good even after the nerf, you can recraft it for the same dust that you got when de it...

To live is to suffer, to survive is to find meaning in the suffer!
I'm not going to dust bonemares because commons don't give enough dust to be worth it. I will dust Raza and, I suppose, two creepers. As others have stated here, there's literally zero risk in doing so.
Keeping Bonemares, dusting patches, creepers, and Razakus.
Bonemares I believe will still be viable in standard, albeit in less decks.
Patches is still decent in aggro, but I don’t play aggro now and I would rather another legend or set of epics to play with.
Creepers are a lot of dust and I think they are dead except for some beast synergy style decks. There are things I would rather do with 800 dust.
Razakus was tough. I don’t even own DK Anduin but I have played lots of off-kilter control Reno decks in wild. Paired this more with Justicar than anything else for nice survival. The freed up mana still leaves lots of room for getting off good plays but I really haven’t played him in months. Good for either stockpiling dust or maybe some epics I’ve been eyeballing.
I opened a golden patch so thats a no brainer free legendary at a minimum, frankly I don't think he will be that great in wild anymore, the chip damage is pretty important almost always at least 2 most of the time 3.
creepers again no brainer, not enough atk to warrant keeping
Bonemare...I don't think these compete with Lich King anymore, but I can see a world where you run one, alot where its correct to run zero also, but eh not really worth dusting
Raza is the only one I'm really debating prob just keep it since I have all priest cards...I think it's still playable...also think the actual problem card was anduin and they nerfed the wrong one.
dust all - even the bonemares can recraft later, but i have found it is not necessary usually. still kicking myself that i didn't dust Yogg and dreadsteed
Do you play any of those nerfed cards? I always dust nerfed cards unless it's a common or rare because I want to have a 100% complete collection of commons and rares as they are cheap. I am still dusting my golden bonemare that I crafted a while ago, probably keeping both nongolds.
Think about it like this. DE the card, but don't use the dust. If the card is still good and is a part of powerful decks, craft it again. If you think Razakus is bad in Standard, in Wild you'll have Reno which is insanely good. I think Razakus can still be a Tier 1 in Wild just because it can out heal any aggro deck and probably match control.
Big priest is going to be stronger than reno priest once the nerf goes live. 1600 dust from reno will let you craft the epics you need for big priest. Reno priest will drop a few percent winrate across the board, probably be low tier 2, high tier 3. The difference between 0 mana and 1 mana is absolutely huge. No more free heals turn 5 and turn 8.
Keeping Bonemares, dusting patches, creepers, and Razakus.

Everyone should cash out for 4000 dust, more if you have golden cards and multiple copies. Bonemare is only 80 dust for the pair so you can keep them, but I expect Lich king to take it's place as it's way better. Patches will disappear because people will cash out on the 1600 dust and also not worth running pirate package. Creeper still ok in hunter and evolve shaman. I don't have the priest DK, glad I never crafted him either as I figured something was getting nerfed.

You should absolutely take the 3200 dust and craft a powerful golden legendary of your choice. Creepers you may get again in a pack so dust away! Yea, Lich king will see alot more play now. I wanted Anduin nerfed, but most people called for Raza and Blizz listened.
I'm keeping Patches. Despite him losing A LOT of his use as early aggro pressure I still believe he holds some tempo value when combined with Captain. Assuming you don't draw Patches first (which admittedly would be terrible with no charge) still thins your deck by a card and potentially leaves you with 2 bodies and up to 5 damage on the board next turn if you don't bait out your opponent's removal.
I actually just crafted all of them because i didn't own any of them.
Will dust all after nerfs hit of course. Always dust nerfed cards, recraft if you need them later.
If you are talking about potential the only card to recraft would be raza.
Wild reno priest still heavy as hell, it uses different cards and 1 mana hero power can still deal a crapton of damage with the inspire minion that deals 4 damage to each hero each time hero power is used.
No reason to dust Bonemare's. I play pirate warrior in wild when I want to climb ranks fast, but I think I will still be dusting Patches. I could be wrong, but does not seem worth playing now. I might keep one Creeper. Might be playable in something. Will keep Raza. I think the nerf was good on Raza. Balanced and playable.
Bonemare - I have two of these in golden which I'll be dusting. I'll still have the regular version, hardly seems worth getting rid of those but I can't see this having much play. +1 mana is bigger than many people realize.
Raza the Chained - I will keep this. I play a lot of Wild, and N'Zoth Raza Priest was the only version I played, and I believe it will still be playable with the nerf. A Razakus Priest with dragon synergy can also work. The generic Velen version with shitloads of card draw will have to be scrapped.
90% of time playing in wild but Patches is useless for me now..
IDK about others but I usually play him because of charge / trade / instant face damage and now it will be pure trash. play some pirate to get 1/1 minion... better play hunter with Ram Wrangler than patches.
Corridor Creeper is dust too... 2/5 for 0 mana in later game is nothing in meta like this.
I'll have to dust it all in order to get at least one playable deck after nerfs. Will have to craft 10 epics or so.
To live is to suffer, to survive is to find meaning in the suffer!

Dusting patches and creepers. I still like raza and commons are so little dust, won't bother with the boners

Question everything.

Patches the Pirate - dust. I think he's had his day (well...his year and a bit) and I was never much of an Aggro player.
Corridor Creeper - dust. They went too far with this one.

Always de nerfed cards, if they turn out to be good you can always re craft them at no cost.
Why would you disenchant Anduin? Youre not getting full value and he will still be strong.
Dusting both my Corridor Creeper and my golden Bonemare
I have golden raza and patches, so yes, I'm dusting them.
Keeping Raza because I think it'll still be a fun card, maybe not so competitive but I don't care.
Easy decision to dust Patches and Creepers.

Dont have razza so dont have any idea about him
dust everything for the next expansion
I was in charge!! - Patches the Pirate
