Honestly, why does anyone bother about Hooghout? He is just a broken LP repeating his tinfoil whine over and over again. If I would put people on my ignore list, he would be the first one. He does never contribute anything interesting to the discussion, but always pukes out the same boring brotard-unbalance-blizzardfanboy-whine. If noone would feed him fish, his presence would likely minimize.
@topic: I actually think that Blizzard has pretty much learned how to do a nerf. The example would be Spreading Plague . But I think, they want to do what they are doing, i.e. if they change the text on warsong commander to "give all charge minions +1", they do not expect warsong commander to be still viable. Same with corricor creeper, patches or bonemare. I think all three have a chance to be still played, but I also think that if they really fall completely out of favor, it is not unwanted by Blizzard.
So the real question would be: Why does Blizzard want to kill some cards (assumed the nerf actually kill them). And for that there could be different answers, like change of meta or dismanteling a certain aspect of a deck, etc...)
The OP has his answer on the question at hand. If he reads through the posts he'll notice why Blizzard will never learn to do nerfs right: to many mindless fanboys to serve.
And you having that opinion is fine, but it doesn't make it correct or in any way lessen the people who don't share it. You need to realise that its not that important to your life or anyone elses and that it's not your role to deflect your issues onto the rest of us. When you do you'll maybe be able to focus on your own problems and grow as a person and it may help you understand opinions other than your own and engage better with society.

Arguing on the internet is like playing chess with a pigeon. You may be good at chess, but the pigeon is just going to knock all the pieces down, take a shit on the table, and strut around like its victorious.
You seem to have misunderstood I wasn't accusing you of having a problem simply making the observation that it seems to me that your single minded focus and the extent to which you see this game as defining your worth are symptomatic of something deeper.
If I miss chose my language so it seemed accusatory I apologise. Simply showing concern for a fellow human being who seems to be letting computer games define their worth. You may try to deflect or attack, and you can call me all the names you want but none if it will help you.

Let me just preface this with how I preface all of my posts: ~5000 ranked wins, 2100 of them paladin wins, played since release yadda yadda long story short I know what I'm talking about.
I'll start by saying all of these are GOOD changes by themselves, each was necessary for the enjoyment of the game, these cards were brokenly overpowered. However, taken as a whole there is a BIG problem here, or more importantly, with whats NOT here. There are all good nerfs, if you nerf WARLOCK along with them.
We saw this last round of nerfs, Murloc Warleader/Murloc Paladin got nerfed, and the control decks like Priest got out of hand where Murloc Paladin used to keep them in check. Now Raza priest, the one solid counter to Cube/Contol warlock, just lost its best combo, and you do NOTHING to Warlock?! Blizzard needs to learn from its past mistakes and start nerfing evenly, the Tempo and combo decks just lost a lot so guess whos gonna be on top? Sweaty, Sweaty control decks. Because now if you weren't tired of seeing a lot of Warlock before, then my god will I get tired of hearing Danni-Boi's voice until April.
7856 wins.
No, you don't, Go sit in the corner.
8561 ranked wins, you go sit in the corner :P

" In the beginning, there was nothing, which exploded."
But I do believe that if they did nerf a warlock card, it would be Doomgaurd, to maybe cant attack heros this turn.
Unfortunately, that wouldn’t prevent any of the 5 doomguards in the cubelock combo from attacking face.
Doomguard is pretty OP but if cubelock is the reason it gets a nerf, I think it’d be a simple stat change thing
That would make a huge difference, not being able to attack face .....there is a reason devilsaur is not played much.
You misunderstand him. He wrote “Can’t attack heroes this turn.” about the Doomguard. And currently there is absolutely and precicely only one way to make that sentence work on a Hearthstone card and that is with a battlecry. Battlecry: Doomguard can’t attack heroes this turn. Exactly like the Devilsaur that you were talking about.
And if that is the case, then the nerf won’t change CubeLock since the battlecry never triggers. It won’t trigger if Doomguard is summoned from the weapon, it won’t trigger if Doomguard is recruited and it won’t trigger if Doomguard is summoned from the Cube.
Lastly: It actually works on Devilsaur. There is a Druid deck who runs Cube + Devilsaur for the same combo as Doomguard but with a bigger charge minion. And Deathwing to kill off the cubes.
If you put it as card text, and not battlecry, ..... would that work?
Nope. Not unless you want it to never be able to attack heroes like Icehowl.
The thing is it is a logic problem. If you want to start counting (Can’t attack this turn) then there has to be something that initiates the countdown/count. That has to be a battlecry. At least in this game as it looks like in February 2018.
Icehowl is not battlecry, so I don't know why doomguard can't be similar. Anyway I don't see doomguard getting nerfed or HOF, because it works differently in different decks. Nerfing pact not really viable, would have to make it above 5 mana not to be played with cubes.
Because the do two different things.
Icehowl can’t go face.
Doomguard (The new version) can’t go face the first turn it is on the battlefield.
hey guys, its been a while since i dont talk in a post, i will not talk of either warlocks cards should have been nerfed or not (we all know the answer), i will only talk about how they could have nerfed them:
Possessed Lackey, this card cant be nerfed by stats, cause if you give it more stats so it cant be killed easily youre just making it stronger obviously, lesser stats WRONG, the only thing you could do is to change the text of the card, i was thinking of a way but it would not fit the RECRUIT stuff, it would be to "Recruit a demon that is in your hand" or something like that, cause it you change it to "recruit a demon that costs (X) or has an attack of (X)" you just kill the card.
Voidlord, i love this card and i think its not that broken cause of the drawback it has when playing bloodreaver gul'dan, and i think the stats are close to decent, but if you cheap it out with the possessed lackey, thats another story
Doomguard its not broken by itself, the draw back it has is the correct one but, skull of the manari and the fucking possessed lackey make them soo broken, skull its balanced cause it only pulls out minion that were in your hand in the previous turn.
soo, in conclusion, possessed lackey is the problem card, if you think of it when people started playing Master Oakheart voidlord wasnt broken. Warlock if possessed lackey gets the nerfed will receive a big punch, i dont think it would make it unplayable, but it would make the combo wayy more difficult.

You think that's bad? Have fun when the Dragon Inner Fire Priests start running Mass Dispel.
I have a feeling Geists are gonna have more of a reason to be played when Jade Idol rotates out than they were before, and it sickens me.
