I would like to hear your thoughts about including Tinkmaster Overspark as a tech card against control warlock in control decks that otherwise have no access to transforming effects (like paladin, warrior or even warlock for the mirror).
In my opinion, silence effects are not that good if you're playing a slower control deck since you probably won't have enough pressure on the board to silence the Voidlord and kill your opponent, so they will have time to recover and play Bloodreaver Gul'dan and N'Zoth, the Corruptor which don't care about Voidlord being silenced.
It is the only Transform effect that can be used in classes other than Mage and Shaman so it is a good option, it just requires more work to be effective since you need to isolate the target, which something like Voidlord being a Taunt can make it harder. Still, it's a card I use every once in a while when I do require the Transformation effect.

I know that they don't necessarily need the taunt wall to win these days because of Doomguard + Carnivorous Cube + Bloodreaver Gul'dan, but still.
It wont work consistently unless you have the Voidlord, cube or Doomguard as the only minion on the board.
Silence have much more valid targets and you choose what minion you want to be silenced.
Works for Cube but works in that 5/5 silver hand buffed too.
Tech cards are problematic, any one make your deck weaker then the more versatil one is your best bet.
Paladin and warrior are bad for control right now, a not reliable tech card only make things worse.
I was also thinking about him lately, but i'm afraid he is excessively situational.
He has to positively answer two questions:
1. How often do we meet nasty deathrattle & resurrect decks in the meta?
2. How often can we reliably morph exactly the target you need?
Terrible idea bro, Tinkmaster Overspark is shit!!!
Thanks, this confirms my doubts about him. I guess I'll just accept control warlock as a bad matchup when playing my N'zoth paladin :')
Tinkmaster is only a tech against stealthed minions. Against anything you can actually target there are always way better options.
