You should craft any card you like, unless your priority is to simply win, and in that case you should follow whatever professional players are doing.
The expansion just came out. No one on this forum (including me) really knows for sure what cards are good or bad, and honestly even pros are going to take a little time to work it out. Any advice you get is only opinion.
Yeah we know for sure that corridor creeper is super good. If the card doesnt get nerfed it will be a staple in most aggro/token decks. Im pretty sure i can already say what cards are good or not. Top tier decks will stay good till next expansion, meta wont change that much anymore.
No, you don't.
It's old-hat in CCGs or competitive gaming in general, and let's face it, it's basic logic: The first time you put your hands on anything, you do not know how to use it optimally. Just because something seems good does not mean it turns out to be better than alternatives when you learn how to play them properly (and vice-versa). It's very common for cards or entire decks to be good for a time but for the meta to shift as people come to understand that they already have the tools to counter them.
My favorite example is from a different game (in a different genre) but it's easy to understand: When Aatrox came out in League of Legends, everyone complained about him being overpowered. He was essentially this massive damage-dealing character that had lifesteal and healed as he attacked, and he could even revive (with a long cooldown associated with the ability) whenever he died. But there was an ability in the game that any character could use called Ignite, and it was already a common pick-up in most games, which did damage to an enemy over time but also reduced any healing they received during that period. Most people used it to snipe off almost-dead opponents, so no one thought of using it on Aatrox early in a fight to axe his healing... until they did. He has never to my knowledge been a high-tier character.
For what it's worth I actually agree with you that Corridor Creeper is strong. But neither you nor I really can say that for certain. It might be strong against what people are currently playing... but the set just came out, so that's going to change and Corridor Creeper might not be as good against the cards people are playing in the coming months.
Depends, the wating side of it is cause you are waiting for the meta to settle or are you gonna buy a decent amount of packs soon-ish? if it's the first option then just craft it, corridor creeper is an insane card, I would be surprised if blizzard doesn't nerf this card somehow in the upcoming months, the card has literally no reason to not play it, the only one would be having a very very extremely specific cards that you literally can't fit it, it fits in aggro decks that try to go face all the time and get their minions killed frequently, it works on tempo decks that get boardpresence and then go face as they make effective trades and it also works even in heavy control decks as you are probably gonna be cleearing a lot of enemy minions and guess what, playing a 0 mana 5/5 is preeeeetty good and most fast decks can easily drop it by turn 3-4. If yours is the second option then just buy the packs and craft them if you still don't have them after, they were one of my first crafts this expansion and man they're insane, getting just 1 on the early turns is game winning, the insane amount of tempo of playing a 5/6 for like 2 or 3 mana in turn 4 is ridiculous.
In any match, between you and your opponent, 3-4 minons will die by turn 3-4(unless its extreme control vs control) almost always. This is such a good value and tempo card in almost any deck.
It's one of those cards that looks pretty good when played against you. When you actually play the card you see how fast it goes to 2,1 or even 0 mana you realize it's even better than you thought.
This may be an unpopular opinion but I think corridor creeper is pretty overrated. Sure it's a cheap 5/5 but all it is is stats and most of the time you're making extremely inefficient trade just to make him cheaper, and most people keep him in the mulligan which I think is wrong unless you have a one drop because it can get really cluncky. Im not saying it's not a good card, im just saying it's very overrated, it doesn't need a nerf.
Easy craft. It fits into almost any deck (even control ones) and there's a good chance it might even get nerfed (giving you the dust refund, so there's no loss either way)
Yeah i dont agree. In every expansion in hearthstone the decks which were meta or top tier 10 days in the expansion stayed strong pretty much the whole expansion.
Midrange Hunter in Un'Goro and Discolock in Kara pop into my head. Oh and Control Paladin in WotOG (although I don't remember for certain if that was in the early meta or only later).

HAHA, either youre kidding or youre a rank18 player.

It's a TFB for every class but doesn't have Taunt. It's good, but I don't think it's insane. We're all riding the hype train right now but I don't think it's quite as good as everyone is making it out to be.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
Should I craft it or wait? it looks like a really popular card from what i've seen.
Yes
Yes. If you have limited resources, just craft one in case you unpack the second.

Yes of course! It is actually overpowered.
MANASTORM
yes craft that and Spiteful summoner

Corridor Creeper is great in any tempo or aggro deck with free room, 0 mana 5/5's are always goods :)

It’s a safe craft, and probably the best neutral card in the set. If it gets nerfed, which I don’t see happening, that’s full dust anyway

I tried having fun once. It was awful.

When you can put a card like this in control warrior and make it work its busted.
Yes, it's a good craft. When you play 2 of these on turn 3 and your opponent concedes you know it's a good card

Really strong in aggro and tempo/midrange, and still good in some control decks.
Therefore, I'd say it's a pretty safe craft, unless you play freeze mage and combo decks only.
You can have a look at stuff like: http://www.hearthpwn.com/news/4267-seatstory-cup-viii-results-decks-and-videos
to see what kind of decks are using this card and if they're the kind of decks that you usually play.
