I honestly don't get why you whine about Mage having lot of single-target damage. It's a part of its identity, since Hearthstone is based on WoW, where mage also has a single-target damage. Also mage has had 4 fireballs since Forgotten Torch released with League of Explores.

Eater of secret is 4 mana, but you dont want to play it on tirn 3 anyway, you want to play it to desyroy the ice block that is usually the cause that you lose.
Eater of secrets is easy to tech in evolve shaman decks, big decks, and razakus priest. Dont forget the other 8 counters i mentioned though.
Dont get me wrong, Secret mage is deff a tier 1 deck right now in my opinion, but there are enough counters to beat it.

I just teched Eater of Secrets, and I found that its only really good against Control/Combo mage relying on Ice Block and I instant win against them, but against Secret Mage and Secret Hunter(Which is dying off) their have been times where I eat 2 or 3 Secrets and still lose. So now I dont run it anymore as it was terrible to draw in every other matchup.

Mage remains the most counterable class in the game. Can be outhealed, outtempo'd, outteched, just sits there in the middle of the curve, smashing people who either don't care to deck against it or have no clue how to use their deck vs mage, whichever.
It's good that it has a strong t1-ish deck, those cancer priests need to have something that can rustle their jimmies.
Outheal? Rarely, healing yourself and cleaning board is almost impossible :) Outtempo? Meh, you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Outtech? + 10% WR against mages, - 10% against other classes :)

Boohoo, ill try to explain one more time. First of all, try to accept that hearthstone is some sort of a rock paper scissors game. Secret mage is pretty strong because it counters a lot of greedy decks with zero defense against spells (heals, armor eater of secrets).
Try to play a good old taunt druid with the armor spells. You wil lose lot of games against, but you will win almost every game against mage.
I ranked from 17 to rank 9 with defensive/healing fun decks like deathrattle dragon priest, big armor druid, evolve shaman. I lost almost zero games to mage unless they were really lucky with starts like mana wyrm, coin, kabal lacky, ruins.
12 of it is variable (runes), in fact it is 10 the luckiest case, far from average.
10 damage comes no earlier than turn 7.
10 damage comes no earlier than turn 10. Yes, 10. That is already far in the Control field. If you die with it, you either misplayed badly, or were punished by rng.
Total of 32 damage, out of 56, that is highly counterable or bound to many variables at least.
Now, not saying Tempo Secret Mage is bad. But your presentation of it is utterly biased.
Andit screams in itself how REAL Aggro can actually rape it.
and 2 of it can be cast early game for free.

I agree with you. With Aluneth they can play secrets for free and spend all the mana on burst damage. SMOrc archetypes are ruining the game.

I don't deny the deck is strong but I have much more problems to beat aggro paladin or tempo priest/rogue than secret mage.

Braindead players need to have fun too. They seem to be the majority so the game is catered towards them.
Have fun, understand that you are going to queue into Braindead BS 95% of the time and find something else to do when the tilt gets too strong.
