For me the most overlooked card is, by far Call to Arms. I think that card can be absolutely crazy. In zoo it can get you around 6/9 stats, and gets three low impact cards from your deck. In control people say "you don't want drawing Doomsayer". But what if you want? You add two Dirty Rat and two Doomsayer to your deck. Whenever you need you get a Dirty Rat and two Doomsayer (or the other way round). It feels like a very good panic button. It also helps you get rid of those draws after turn 4, and get your higher impact cards.
And that is my BOLD Prediction for the most overlooked card of Kobolds & Catacombs!
I have an extremely bold prediction! Many say Paladin will be the worst class. I say it will have a tier 1 deck. It will be midrange/control with a mix of spells and minions and will include the following cards: Lynessa Sunsorrow, Val'anyr, and wait for it .......... Don Han'Cho! I know this card has sucked in the past, but I like the synergy with the weapon and new legendary. Ok, it's time to put away the drugs for the rest of the day.
I also think it will bring a nerf to Kingsbane, bringing it either 1 mana more (might not do anything) or a 1/2 weapon. It somewhat reminds me of the old Spirit Claws but even more powerful.

I don't really see the synergy between Don Han'Cho and Lynessa: Don's buff is not a spell, so Lynessa doesn't profit from it unless it happens to land directly on her while she is in the hand. And in that case, the fact that both of them cost 7 mana is a drawback, since it means you can't summon Lynessa until turn 8.
Other people have mentioned using The Last Kaleidosaur in combination with Lynessa; it was even on the final reveal stream. I've tried a lot of variations of the Paladin quest in Wild and although some decks performed OK, the conclusion was still that the deck would probably be stronger without the quest, since it would make the first turns more consistent. (Which was also my conclusion for the Druid quest.)
However, I did learn one thing: buffs are really good in combination with divine shield. With Call to Arms you can make sure that you have enough minions in play that either already have divine shield or can be given shields. So what about adding a different under-performing Paladin legendary: Bolvar, Fireblood, to profit even more from those shields?

The synergy is more with Val'anyr and Don Han'cho. If you can get a 4/2 buff and a 5/5 buff on Chillblade Champion or Leeroy that is gonna be huge. Han'cho and Chillblade can be played the same turn too

I think the Val'anyr deck is going to be it's own thing more related to handbuff decks rather than fitting into a buff deck. Having Val'anyrs buff land on Dopplegangster or Saronite Chain Gang begins a cascade of value that will easily carry you to a win.

Yeah I’m not sure how so many people think kingsbane is terrible... weapon rogue is already a super good deck in wild. The main reason no one plays it in standard is just because normal tempo rogue is better... but I could see kingsbane making it into a weapon style tempo rogue and that being a real deck
Essentially "destroy all your opponents minions" isn't something we've seen in Hearthstone yet.
Also I think Paladin Quest will finally be viable.
THIS everyone is overlooking the rogue spellstone while I can't stop talking about how good it will be. Did you notice it says deathrattle cards? So Kingsbane can count towards upgrading it (not sure they go in the same deck though.
Quest paladin will be scary now asLynessa the sunsorrow will give another big bomb that they'll have trouble dealing with
Just a few random observations, I'm obviously no expert so I could be totally off. But here are some cards that could be pretty good, in my opinion:
Twig of the World Tree - Depending on when you draw it, seems like it could make for a huge turn for Druid, especially with Kun. Not sure how reliable it will be, but I think it could see play. Raven Familiar - Seems like it could be strong with Big Spell Mage. Lesser Amethyst Spellstone - Lifesteal and damage to a minion will be huge in Warlock, plus it seems very easy to upgrade. 4 mana is very low as well. Zola the Gorgon - Many ways to make this card powerful, it being a neutral is huge. Shimmering Courser - Seems to be strong in Beast Decks, hard to remove when buffed. Corridor Creeper - Its cost should lower very quickly, making it a powerful tempo play Toothy Chest - Not really sure about this one, but it will soak up damage if nothing else
Master Oakheart will be part of a Tier 2, maybe even Tier 1 deck, though I'm not sure how yet. Spell Hunter, or at least a slower Hunter (Big/Midrange) will be Tier 2. Quest Paladin will be a viable deck, as will Big Spell Mage. Maybe 4 of the Weapons will be viable, and that's pushing it (Rogue, Paladin, Mage, and one we wouldn't expect). Psychic Scream won't be what breaks the meta, though the new Dragon cards might be.

Totally agree on the Mole. Tbh, not sure it is really overlooked.
I am also convinced that Carnivorous Cube will be more annoying than expected. Insane in Wild Eggs, and not so slow.
The Beetle looks also very good to me, and it concurs in the direction of Defensive Hunter (calling it Control would be offensive...heh).
I'm a huge fan of the Cube. I'm definitely going to be trying to make it work early on this expansion. As long as silence isn't too popular I could see it just being too many stats for a lot of decks to handle as long as you hit something decently sized with it.
If only Moat Lurker cost 1 mana less... Say you were playing Warlock on turn 10 and you have one Doomguard on the board at the start of the turn, nothing else. Your opponent is at 15 health with no taunt up. You somehow have The Coin still in hand.
Attack face with your one Doomguard, Cube him, Coin, Moat Lurker the Cube to get two Doomguards fresh on the board, BOOM BOOM! Win! Maybe in Wild with mana reduction from the Emperor or something...

Could this be done in standard instead with 2 cubes in hand?

I think Jade Kingsbane Rogue will be a Tier 1 deck: Lesser Onyx Spellstone, Southsea Squidface, Cavern Shinyfinder, Sonya Shadowdancer... There's too much synergy, board presence, enough sustain, and enough tempo that I think it will dictate the meta, ultimately bringing it back to aggro.
I also think it will bring a nerf to Kingsbane, bringing it either 1 mana more (might not do anything) or a 1/2 weapon. It somewhat reminds me of the old Spirit Claws but even more powerful.
Quest Rogue is coming back thanks to gorgon and the rogue legendary.

To my side. Nuff said. You just wait

Call to Arms in wild is gonna be absolutely insane. in an aggro/midrange deck, pulling Shielded Minibots, Righteous Protectors, Haunted Creepers, etc. will be very, very strong for 4 mana. Throw Muster for Battle into the mix, and it starts to get crazy
Rogue Deckbuilder. Midrange/Combo player.
Ok let's make predictions that will happen (maybe):
1)Spiteful summoner will be played in zoo with doom and people will cut soulfire for that
2)Call to arms will be played in a tier 1/2 paladin deck that it's not Murloc
3)The otk mage with leyline manipulator will be better than quest mage and people will complain even if it will not be tier 1
4)Hunter will raise to tier 2 but with the usual midrange deck, nothing too new except 2/3 cards
I'm determined to take a control warlock featuring Rin to top 100 legend.
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
.
Scorpomatic or maybe Master Oakheart (though many see him as insane)
I think Boisterous Bard has quite the potential to see play in some Zoo decks.
