Generally, the minions that have conditional discounts that are only met when in hand are not really good. You don't want it in your hand at the beginning, since it is not an early game card. But when you topdeck it later, it still costs 7 mana and needs to be discounted first. Admitted, when you get it and you have a board, you might even be able to play it immediately for very low mana cost. But that is too much "if"to be consistent. And on the other side, playing a 5/5 for 7 mana is just a bad play.
I vote bad, but I might underestimate how easy it will be to discount it. A 5/5 for 4 mana is maybe playable, for 3 it is good. But I think on average it will not be cheap enough.
Obviously, I did underestimate the discount. Turns out that it is pretty easy in certain decks to kill off some minions while you have it in Hand. And a 5/5 for less than 4 mana is just a strong tempo play.
Would probably be more interesting if it cost more mana. Right now I'm even using it in control decks because it's sick after boardclears, and keeping it in my opening hand. Would prefer it being more situational.

It kinda is. It's terrible as top deck and even if you keep it in your start hand, you might sacrifice your early turns for a later tempo reward and only if you get enough trades, which isn't always the case against some decks. The card can be a big tempo play, but I'd say it IS situational.
I think it's clearly not beast because it would be way too beneficial for hunters as you could see this being played as early as turn 3
Not only does it reduce from both players minions; but being able to trigger your other minions/spells right after would make this a near autoinclude for hunters
This guy is a prophet, give him a trophy already ! or at least a cookie (i'm actually being serious)

shaman isent fast enough, this is a aggro paladin card, you can have this being 0 mana on turn 4 very easily
Confirmed good in Mage, Rogue, Hunter, Shaman, Paladin, Warlock (Zoo)....
So: Just freaking good.
Geez, one of the most used cards of the entire game at the moment (K&C Lauch and first week).. is on almost every deck.
Meta-defining and playable for goddamn sure.
Totally broken, but at least you can run in every deck thanks to the neutral status. Its really the bonemare of the set.
(seems It doesnt load well, so, i'll just copy the link)

Seeing those comments: really?
Boy, Can't wait to hop into ladder.
0 mana 5/5 introduced. almost always 0 in zoo
Tundra Rhino synergy.
It sucks when you think you have a good idea, and then realize everyone had the same idea.
This is wrecking shit in my Recruit paladin deck in wild. This, Lynessa and the Lion make that deck WAAAY better in the late game
Broken. Almost always playable on turn 3, sometimes 2.
Interesting poll results

Disgustingly broken. Kinda expecting a nerf, this is going to be in basically every deck.
The new Bonemare...?
