You're not going to make this work, snowflake contrarians. Filling your hand with Hunter spells, which are 50% trash, 30% unplayable in a deck with no minions in hand, 80% overcosted, and 100% unable to deal with the board you're losing by playing this tortoise-speed shit of a deck, is not a win condition. Playing Animal Companion after Animal Companion does not win you games without real deathrattles to keep you relevant until that point. Deathstalker Rexxar did not perform up to snuff when you had an ACTUALLY GOOD deck supporting it.
You are dreaming big just to try and defend a terrible design choice. Maybe three expansions from now we'll see the tools necessary to make spell Hunter work, but as it stands they've just wasted our time and ruined a Legendary weapon that should have been a fix to the issues plaguing Hunters, and even in the context of an all-spell Hunter, these effects are awful and not at all worth it. If the Legendary let you add a random Hunter minion to your hand for every spell cast to compensate for the loss of tools in your deck build, or let you have sustain in some capacity, or knowing how Blizzard thinks, summoned a Savanna Highmane on every swing, THEN maybe you could go somewhere with it.
You know, it's really sad that hunter has no decent draw except Tracking. I believe, if he did, this deck would've been somewhat viable. Anyways, I still do hope to get this as my free weapon because I want to try I-Hunt-Alone hunter and spending 1600 dust on this is pretty meh
I wish to have this as my free weapon, then build around it ,then play for awhile, then stop once I draw a bunch of bestial wraths that i cant use because I HAVE NO MINIONS in my deck!!!!
Hunter has a ton of secrets and spells that summon you beasts, so that's not actually a terrible card to get from this. I think this card is actually insane value, the issue will be trying to live long enough to play it without dying.
What would people say if this was the Mage weapon? Pretty much the same considering the ratio of spells to minions in the average Hunter deck, and quality of Hunter spells:
Initial testing suggests this is actually really good.
I know, 7 mana, get random shit, doesn't sound to good. But after a few dozen games it seems pretty reliable to get your opponent within next turn lethal range with a 4 attack, a Kill Command and a On the Hunt for example. The fact that you can just SMorc your way to turn 7 and use that time to draw into Rhok'delar is actually legit.
more testing is necessary but don't count this one out yet. Better start disenchanting those Harrisons and start running secret mages again people!
It really sucks when you get 3 Dinomancys after you used the hunter DK. Might try playing without the dk to see if it works as well or just not caring much if hes tracked away

Don't blame this card, trust me 😃

good riddance, hunter
Fantastic card, but the deck just won't work.
We all know what we are getting as our free legendary weapon now.
You do not truly know someone, until you fight them.....
I'm going to laugh so hard when a tournament is won by a pro player piloting the I Hunt Alone deck
