Yeah, I was just going to complain about the same but without the sarcasm in my tone.
Like WTF blizzard, I'm not salty that priest gets good cards, but why concentrating many good ones in a single class, which was strong anyway, and why not give the same amount of powerful cards in the other classes as well.
Hunter with his two worthless epics. (I would add the rares too). Almost everything in shaman.
Those classes needed a tweak, those classes suffered a lot, they only have one playable deck, in shaman's version the Un'Goro version almost didn't change. And I'm not complaining "WoW, Raza priest got stronger, nerf blizzard", but "It's super unfair to give good cards to a class and the same time to give bad, unplayable ones to other classes, which needed the support more than the first one".
Better than "follow the rules" so it will see play
How is this better than Aldor?
I'm not disagreeing with you, I'm just curious why you think that. I think they're about equal. Aldor is slightly worse stats for the mana but isn't conditional, and makes the attack 1 instead of 2. Aldor + Kodo exists as a combo removal for 9 mana, and Twilight Acolyte + Cabal also exists for the same mana. So in what way is this better?

You are right that in some decks the condition is a limit. When I was playing Dragon priest, I mostly had 9 Dragons which enabled me to fulfill the conditions in most cases. So I assume that you do fulfil the condition (otherwise it is a mere 2/4 for 3...)
And one major difference is that this Thing has way better stats than Aldor when you need it (which is when the Opponent has a big attack minion) An 8/8 Hydra transforms into an 2/8 and the twilight acolyte into an 8/4 (compared to 1/8 and 3/3). This does not only deal with the Hydra in one go, but also with another minion. Alone, without another Card.
It also has drawbacks (played on turn 3, it can strengthen an enemy minion or be a dead Card in Hand), but I have the feeling that the Advantages are more and bigger.

Both have play outside of curve. In fact Aldor seldom sees play on turn 3. But with Aldor vs any high damage minion the minions damage just goes to one and Aldor stays the same. With the TA its damage becomes whatever the minion it targets had. It could become an 6/4, 8/4, or higher damage minion with 4 health for only 3 mana. Then the minion it targets cant kill it, and with high damage it has to be killed.

There are cases where you'd want to play Aldor/TA on curve. For instance, if an opponent is playing Druid and gets out Flappy Bird and goes face before your turn 3, or if Hunter coins out a Bearshark. I'm sure there are other scenarios.

Those are a few exceptions, I understood there were a few. Thats why I put seldom played on curve.
Thanks Team 5. I would just like to remind you every time you give a new dragon to priest, you miss the opportunity to give dragons to classes that don't have these archetypes yet. Considering Netherspite Historian is a neutral that now rotates in 4 months, You guys really missed a great window.
As for the card, incredibly strong. When is the last time you played against a priest that didn't have 7 or more cards in hand by turn 5. Yeah they have an activator! They probably have a 2 or 3 card combo that can steal that deathrattle effect for themselves. As for Bittertide Hydra, you had a nice run but its over. You were a much better card than I thought you were when first revealed.
Almost everything in shaman.

Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.
Oh great more good cards for priest........
