The upgrades are excessive and have too much variance to be good. At what point will you have 2/3 big guys staring at you in the face and you arent already dead as a rogue
Holy crap what is this crap?? The rogue secrets were.... Meh and now this? So I'd have to play 9 deathrattles to upgrade to max and destroy 3 minions (do I get to choose??). Sounds pretty crap to me. 9 deathrattles?!? Really?!? Please someone confirm this for me, because if that's right who in their right mind would play this over vilespine like the first guy said?
Rogue cards always seems bad on paper until their released and people start screaming OP. Don't believe me just look at the initial reviews for the rogue quest.
This is going to be insane. period. The problem with deathrattle rogue was always staying alive and keeping your opponents board clear since deathrattle minions typically sacrifice stats for effect. With this you can clean up your opponents smaller minions on board and then play this to remove their bigger minions. Even just upgraded once this card is very good.
Very nice board clear against certain matchups. Combos nicely with the DK power. Assuming you are trading your early deathrattles for the small stuff this can be used to take out the big threats left by the opponent. Bypasses untargetable creatures like the Vilespine. Decent, testing needed but might do very well in the right deck. Good against dragon priest, big priest, evolve decks.

Edit:. Realised it said random targets. Rip this card.
Not 9 death rattles, only 6, which is still hard considering Rogue's line up of "good" deathrattle cards. Seems like the card wants us to use cards like Sonya Shadowdancer and Shadowcaster to reach that goal. Which is clunky and still requires us to just be sitting on this card in hand :(
Okey, so at the cost of playing 6 Deathrattles... I get a 2 mana "Destroy 3 random enemy Minions"? Hm... not shabby at all!
Oh and for those of you who can't do math properly, because this is a Rogue card - it costs 2 with Preparation and not 5. Something I might add Vilespine Slayer does not cost.
Oh yeah you are totally right. No idea that this card auto cast Preparation on itself! Kappa.
yikes...pretty bad, least in standard. in wild it can be good, but 6 deathrattle minions is too high to play reliably on a turn you need it most (against evolve shaman or zoo or keleseth decks). I suppose killing two minions would be good enough though, in a jade deck swarmers/loots hoarders can achieve that pretty regularly...so in that sense...yah, might see some play.
Probably won't win games though (or save you), at the end of the day, it's 5 mana kill two random. Betrayal is 3 mana less without a requirement and does the same thing half the time against an aggro opponent with a big board. This is strictly a nice card against the slower, heavier decks. It doesn't solve rogue's biggest weakness (getting swarmed since no good aoe).
Deathrattle decks always struggle against aggro and tempo because of the poor stats on deathrattle minions. I don't think this spellstone would necessarily help compensate for that, as Zoolock and TempoRogue can pretty easily refill their board. Not sure if this is enough to make deathrattle rogue a thing, but provides some tools for the future I suppose.
Why hunter need only to play 1 secret, warrior equip a single weapon but rogue have to play almost half of the minions on deck to upgrade this thing? This is awful garbage, totally unplayable and disgusting trash.

You have never played Miracle Rogue have you?
Sure I have, you know what I noticed when I did. Not every spell I cast prepped itself first! Come on, this isn't hard. With prep it's cheaper, sure but you can't just assume you're going to have prep available every time. Treating this card like you have prep every time is foolish. More over it's just a bad Assassinate until you actual upgrade it at least once. Tell me, how many deathrattles does miracle rogue run?

is it better than assassinate or vilespine? no.

I guess this is better than Assassinate?
Obviously not very flexible unless you're playing a Deathrattle Deck.
Very Quest-like
3+3 =.... 9?
6 Deathrattle. 3 to upgrade the first time, 3 to upgrade the second time.

a bit to slow and so far rogue has had only 1 deathrattle card in this set.
powerful effect, just too slow.
This could easily make Jade Rogue worth playing.
I can't believe people think this is bad. Well, yes, I can, because hearthpwn users can never think outside the current meta.

Blizzard want to rogue use neutral stuff forever.
Dust it.. rogue style combo cards not deathrattle.. facepalm...
people come on this is not used against aggro decks this is for control decks and things like jade. Vilespine is fine but its not always enough
Fully upgrade 1 of these, play the DK, play twice, clear all the board.
