I have no idea. Seems strong. Resilient against weapon removal, but you need to have a minion in hand always. Kind of slow....but what kind of deck would you put this into?
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
Bad tempo but regained with the minion. Infinite value (unless oozed or silenced). But I don't think it can compete with the present top Tier decks. equipoping, attack two times (or equipping something else) and Play a buffed minion. Then get it back and repeat is awfully slow.
I think it will not see Play.
Ooze don't stop nothing unless the opponent don't have any minion in hand, I hope you can silence the buffed minion.
it doesn't actually say anything about giving the minion a deathrattle. Probably it just tracks the minion and if it dies you get the weapon back which would be good as you couldn't do something cheesy with umbra. So potentially unsilenceable effect... not the +4/+2 but the reequip thing.
I know it'll just take one silence/hex/polymorph to end this card's value. But, if you're playing a handbuff-ish midrange paladin, they usually save those silences for Tirion. Every deck will need to run 2 silences now to hope to deal with any midrange paladin.
Edit: In a control matchup, if you happen to be using the other Paladin legendary who gets all buffs you cast, put on her... They need to save silences for her too, if you find a way to make her work. I think control paladin will come back in a big way.

If is true we have the first effective eternal weapon in the game...
verrry slow. overall this is a very good card, but I'm not sure control or midrange paladin will be tear1 or top tier2 deck with all current cards released... time will show
Great that they made a legendary weapon that doesn't lose value if you play tirion or uther dk or any other weapon equips and it gives no fuck about oozes as long you have a minion.
call me stupid but now 3 1/1s in your hand via Drygulch Jailor sounds decent to keep the value train on road.
how will this combo with Rummaging Kobold? Let's say the weapon has been destroyed and reequipped once, now I play the Kobold, destroying and equipping the same card. Now I have essentially two of these weapons in play…

Buffs Doppleganster. Each of the 3 equips the weapon Now you have 3 weapon buffs on hand Another Doppleganster or Saronite Gang Chain Weapon exponentially duplicates into infinite buffs.

I will asking the same thing, you start to get bonus +8/+4 or +12/+6?

I call it already the most overrated legendary of the set. Will be to slow in the end.
Blackwater Pirate
1 mana 5/3 divine shield taunt Righteous Protector will be sick

This is the type of near infinite value Paladin needed to compete with Jade Druid and Priest.
Yeah, I realized and edited too late...

Also, this Deathrattle onto the unsung hero Chillblade Champion? The value!

If you can cheat it out, it is broken.
What if this buffs Tyrion? Which weapon is equiped when he dies?
I knew the paladin weapon would be good. just make sure you got a minion when it breaks lol.
