I like the looks of this card, but the thing is Warrior needs to draw it somewhere in the middle of the game when they have a good amount of Armor, but don't have enough Armor to the point where they wouldn't be able to survive repeated fatigue damage or the enemy's board. It won't see play in Mill Warrior because you can't get rid of the massive stacks from Bring It On! that you need to survive (although I guess you could consistently generate enough copies to get yourself in a stable spot). I think this thing will see play in Control Warrior, but some small part of me still has doubts.
What I like about this card: - Warrior gets more tools to utilize his armor (before you only had Shield Slam, so we got something fresh and new). - Nice board clear potential, especially in wild with Justicar Trueheart. 1 card = Big Priest crying.
What I don't like: - 3 mana is not that much on its own, but if you need to combo it, then ...... Nah, I just don't see how you will hold on your Shield Block against fast decks until turn 6, how you will search for those 2 cards, how you will take damage until that point; you won't be passive, duh; but making a 2 card-combo Dragonfire Potion, cycling a card in the process and ending up with no armor... The board is cleared, gratz, but this doesn't look that impressive to me. You also don't have a board, you have spend all of your turn doing this combo, your opponent will follow up with another wave and you have to find another way to deal with that.
- losing the armor - this is the catch, which kinda bugs me. One the one hand you get to clear the board, you destroy a lot of damage on the board, which would have probably broken your armor anyway, on the other hand you may become drastically vulnerable to the opponent's future damage. Imagine wanting to clear and you have 10+ armor (somehow), all this is gone with a blink of an eye. Imagine having that armor while being low on health - around 10 - 15 hp or playing as Scourgelord Garrosh and you don't have other ways to gain health, would you risk it? Of course there are situations, where you won't care that much about the health (vs control decks), where you won't use this card (burn decks, spell centered ones, freeze mage, Raza) but the question is in those MUs versus aggro and mid-range. So I will only say the following - I want to see this with my eyes, I want to see how this card will perform in practice. Warrior has a tool to get rid of his armor (in a good way too, triggering Battle Rage), but the class needs to regain it fast.
Some would say the health should be looked as a resource. Maybe, but I think everything depends on the situation.
- You can kill your own board as well. While some may argue, that CW doesn't rely on minions, I still think, that Sleep with the Fishes is better - 1) you can combo smoother with Whirlwind effects + Armorsmith + Battle Rage, 2) those combos are cheaper.
This and the kobold revealed are interesting cards. I think at least one ends up a staple in a CW deck. This in particular likely need some skill to decide on when to use it.
On one hand you risk losing especially if you are low on health but have decent armor and your opponent may have some damage in his hand/on the board. On the other hand you can clear likely any board if you have decent amount of armor.
It will sometimes be a "do you" or "don't you" risk that gg damage chance.
We have yet to see the rest of the warrior cards for this expansion. So maybe blizz has more good cards for armor coming up.
since cw no longer wins games with fatigue and just living with infinite armor, spending the armor is not bad. The matchups you want armor in are not match ups where this card is necessary, and I would assume this replaces other board clears so you don't have any extra dead cards from including this one.

Great card honestly. I think this will be a staple in any warrior with good armor generation. Dead mans, nzoth, control
Fuck cubelock
WOW.
Basically means Agro can never beat a control warrior, ever. Literally ever. Especially combined with the new 2 drop. Insane.
I wasn't taking Warrior seriously up until now.
They will have a rather easy time clearing the board.
Beautiful.Control is back.

That's not new. I have a tough time since Naxx and GvG. :D Still enjoying the game.
I want to express my opinion.

Hey, dummies. This cannot possibly be "meta-defining."
All it does is reinforce an archetype that has been around since the beginning of time.
"Why, you never expected justice from a company, did you? They have neither a soul to lose nor a body to kick." -- Lady Saba Holland
Puts this on a list of things to do with my 60 armor control warrior, this will be fun
and with that control warrior is back on the menu boys
Instant 2 of in every control list. I don't think it's "meta defining" but it's definitely a nice - much needed board clear for Warrior.
You probably run 2 of these and 1 brawl.
