I'm not too convinced by this card. It's great value, but tempo-wise it's not that great on turn 1, and it also dies to a lot of 2-mana hero powers and to every AoE, and to Patches. A lot of the time you're going to play this and it's just going to die for free. Though it does thin your deck and that's really valuable. It's good, but I don't think it's as insane as the votes seem to make it out to be. 2/1 is just a really terrible statline unless you're playing a really aggressive deck, and Zoo is more of a controlling deck.
Every single way to remove the body requires the expenditure of valuable early-game resources. That's a very, very big deal. Trust me. The synergy with the spellstone is just icing on the cake.
I dont know about this.. You cant use this in control or midrange. its only going to be used in aggro, i guess. You spend 1 mana to use a card and draw a card.. looks like a dead card. I might be wrong, but thats my first sight.

All of this is perfectly okay! The fact that they have to deal with it, IN ANYWAY at all is huge. If a mage pings this instead of playing something then that is great! If someone decides to run their patches into it, GREAT! If the opponent feels that when this hits the board they are now pressured to AoE your board, GREAT! All because he draws you a card SUPER early. It's a resource trade you are basically always winning because of the card draw.

1 drop draw a card, you don't spend resources and now you can trade if opponent play a Imp, upgrade your card.
It is probably the best 1 drop in standard, cost you 2 life but trades a lot better than babbling book and others 1/1 give a card for 1 mana.
I can be wrong but looks will be stable in any warlock deck in standard or wild, like glyph for mage.

You should more look to it to a minion you can just slam later on to cycle your hand faster and get some aditional board stats. i agree that this is a bad drop turn 1 and zoo should not keep it starting hand BUT later on this is realy great and where this card actually shines.

The only trade opponent don't lose nothing is Patches from the deck, anything else is tempo or card advantage for you.

True, although I think you still win against patches in the end, however minutely. As it's a legendary and they can only have one patches where as you can have two of these cute little buggers.

That depends on whether or not you want to try digging for that Keleseth two drop for next turn :)
If you aren't playing this in warlock decks you aren't playing the game correctly lol. such a freebie auto include in nearly anything that wants early game cycle

It's funny that last expansion they talked about how they have to be careful adding good cards to warlock. Then they printed this busted card lol. Maybe I am jumping the gun though and giving it too much praise, buuuut I doubt it.

Costs 1 less than novice engineer and has +1 ATK? Finally warlock gets decent cards in an expansion! This card is bonkers.
Ibn Fahd.
Wow is zoo getting some amazing card support.
hero power on a stick, potentially the best 1 drop for warlock since Possessed Villager

So the kobold tribe basically has little to no consistency with each other. Well played Blizzard!

This card is simply just busted. Good cycle and a decent body for a one drop.
I think its an auto include in most decks
