If you go to the toucharcade article for this release there are a few other cards along with kobold hermit. I don't know if they're real or if they are just theorycraft but they seem to go along with this card.
An ok card which will be used to get an additional spell power totem 9/10 times. A good substitute for Bloodmage if you currently don't have it. Unlikely to bring totem shamon back into play.
You basically get a single go at a Justicar Hero power with a bonus 1/1. If you choose Searing Totem, this is basically a worse Alleycat but the flexibility of being able to choose from 4 options redeems it a little bit. The most useful ability seems to be Spell Damage but if you're playing this in your deck you really have to ask yourself "why aren't I just using Tainted Zealot. Maybe this could have been stronger if it had more stats but they may have tried that and found it to be too good.
Its ok with Evolve I guess.
TLDR; Pretty innocent, unimpressive card. May sometimes do some cool stuff in Arena
Gotta love all the professional players in this thread talking about the card face value without taking into account all of the other just-revealed cards.
Even if they weren't revealed along with this one, when was the last time rating the card in such a way ended well?

Looks like a worse Murloc Tidehunter
I have a sneaking suspicion that isn't a neutral minion
Seems like a decent card, not overly strong but could be useful
Preeeeety good I think, it's like the choosable hero power from justicar.
2 mana guaranteed Wrath of Air Totem seems good.
new shaman minion
Garbage stats. No reason why you wouldn't just highroll on your hero power.
Not worth to play, unfortunately

The card art reminds me of 90s manga.
Extremely weak card.

Playable, the option of having a 0/2 taunt or +spell power on demand is useful

Good, only WHEN you could change your HP summoning this totem
Rather than that - just a pure slap to the face to all shamans.
First the freeze shaman in KoFT, now this ...........
Might be ok.
if you were going to hero power turn 2 anyways, getting a free 1/1 and choosing your totem is a little better.
Using a card in your deck though for a 2 mana 1/1 that basically does the same as your hero power is pretty bad.
Hard to say, probs not that good.
finally freeze shaman support :^)
Extremely strong card one of the best 2 drops in the game by far, extremely versatile, discounts your thing from below other synergie cards.
Also chose between taunt AND spellpower is so strong, new shaman staple 2 drop detected.
Poor shaman
