Dusting this, giving your opponent 2 mana to use how they like is very very dangerous and not worth the stats. Hungry Dragon was better but still not played.
I actually think this card isn't AS bad as people are making it out to be.
I still don't think it will see competitive play because Duskbreaker will take up the four mana slot in Dragon Priest, which is predicted to be pretty insane. Any more 4 mana cards would be too clunky.
I would LOVE to see somebody pull off a viable meme-mill deck with this card, though. If this is what some people consider a pack-filler, then it's definitly one of the best.
So king togwaggle is just asking for more ways to fill your opponent’s hand up and this could be one (unreliable) way to do that. Two of these, coldlights, naturalized and mukla make for a lot of options

You will never start your turn with 10 cards in the opponent's hand, so naturalize makes sense because you can play the king on the same turn, but the other cards you mention, I don't get it. Coldlight okay it draws through your deck. But mukla and hoarding dragon? Why? They won't let you mill them, they'll play the coins and the bananas and win the game.
Well dude the point is to fill their hand to make sure they don’t get the ransom when you play togwaggle, if they don’t kill this but have a minion for you to throw it at, it helps you fill their hand, same with mukla although I admit you couldn’t do mukla without the coin cause that costs 11 mana.
But you shouldt care how many cards they play next turn, the goal was to take their deck permanently
Y’all dont get it, you have to do it the same turn. Fill their hand, play togwaggle; I mean this is better in that scenario and togwaggle is bad without that scenario.
Any card that has deathrattle: give your opponent a pre-nerf innervate, the upside better be really damn good or the card will end up being terrible and unplayable. The upside to this card is pathetic. So, this card is bad and unplayable.
Its really a worse Hungry Dragon; it gives you opponent to old school Innervate the very next turn and that 5/6 stats is still immediately susceptible to Fireball. I'll probably test it out (it is a dragon), Bad card.
You would be correct if the negative were a battlecry. It is a deathrattle though, so your opponent cannot simply curve into it using the two coins immediately. Also, playing a dragon deck with divine spirit and power word: shield will let you boost this and get your opponent to use hard removal (e.g. hex) instead of damage on it.

Playable IMO.
Relative to Bittertide Hydra it's not as strong, but it's also less likely to screw you over. And it's a fairly cheap dragon.
I don't want to call this card insane.. But it is certainly not bad. Are ya'll kidding me!?!
a 4 mana 5/6! And they have to kill it before the drawback happens. Coin duskbreaker turn 3 into this turn 4. Good luck winning the board back.
Mod Delete
wasted art.

it is a good arena card.

I did say it was unreliable.
Maybe if silence dragon priest becomes something
Fill your opponent's hand in rank 20 Play Dead Hunter.

We’ll it’s extremely good in arena. Might be decent in constructed after raza rotates out
Take a look at my most recent deck, Watch post, totem, menagerie shaman.

Deathrattle: Get shot by Shadowreaper Anduin twice.
And this is exactly why I say this is a playable card in the upcoming dragon priest. it WILL be unplayable if quest mage is popular.
