I think the ransom spell should cost 10 mana, then it might be decent, as it stands this will probably mean the enemy draws from your deck once, and then gives it back to you. You literally just get a worse deck when you play this, on top of it being a bad card itself. It is like playing behind by 2 cards.

Just fill your deck with one drops, that is creative deck design, right?
So you either play this in a Rouge deck that just draws a bunch of cards, fills your opponent's hand with a Shadowstepped Coldlight Oracle and then play this so they both lose their deck, have less cards left in their deck for the fatigue game, and can only play cards that draw cards.
Or in a Mage deck where you set up a Counterspell before playing this card. Preferably after they've exhausted their hand and Counterspell is the only spell in your deck.
Draw as much as you can during game. Then when your enemy has 8 or more cards in hand , play a Coldlight Oracle, coin, and this... he doesnt get the spell and cant swap back!
I am 100% crafting this. Ultimate troll card and actually doable in a mill rogue deck. Even druid can do Naturalize x2 + Togwaggle to surprise an opponent at 6 cards. This is one of the most fun cards I've seen thus far.
This seems like it could be kinda a catch 22 card in the sense that if it's actually fine to fill your deck with defensive crap cards, then play this, that maybe everyone will do that... Idk this hurts my head... I need more turkey 😁
i am dusting all my card this is a 10/10 star card with infinite value , right yes give me all your nice cards. if it's 10 mana i will use it next turn if it's 1 mana I'll use it now I lose some good cards my opponent loses some kind of combo and their whole turn LOL
I love the idea of this card. But I don’t think it works, as a fun trolly card, in practice.
At best you burn an oponent’s turn (they don’t draw from their deck and pay five mana) and get a 5/5 for eight mana. Which is a non-negligible impact, but there are plenty of bad outcomes.
What I think would make this fun (not good but fun) would be making t much more of a decision whether to swap back (say, add bug overload to or another bigger penalty) or build in a delay (such as by putting the undo card in their deck, even within the top four draws).

I like the idea of in Wild, reducing the cost of Toggle to 7, and two explore un'goros to 1, then playing Explore, Toggle, Explore.
