Play togwaggle then play mind visions to get the spell from the opponent and keep their deck. It depends on luck with the mind visions but is the easiest way to make use of him.
Most of the Legendaries we've seen so far a really fun and gimmicky. People are complaining but would you really prefer it that every high rarity card in the set was super good and an auto-include and it was impossible to play the game properly without it? No, that would be bullshit and is a huge part of why the game has been getting so damn expensive over the last few sets.
This set perfectly captures what Legendaries SHOULD be like. Not obnoxious paywalls that force players to pay, but really cool cards with really cool effects that behave in ways unlike normal cards.
Doesn't even do anything meme-y since almost all opponents will just swap decks back next turn. I would say that this card could be included in a weird mill deck where you play this card while your opponent has a full hand to prevent swapping back, but this card costs too much mana to get the coldlight draws.
This card might see competitive play and here is why:
At first I thought that you would get the chance to play some cards from your opponent's deck. After watching the video you can see that your opponent get's King's Ransom immediately.
So with an 8 mana card you can play a 2 mana card or something like that (no discounts, coins or anything else considered). Your oppenent has to pay 5 mana to get his deck back, so actually this card makes your opponent skip half of his turn or otherwise he looses more cards of his deck.
From a tactical and strategic point of view this is AWESOME!
It's a card like Dirty Rat or Gnomeferatu which can completely fuck up your oppenent's deck's gameplan.
Also, something to think about. Running 2 Naturalize to fill your opponent's hand, then playing the King. Their hand will be full, and when you play the King when your opponent's hand is full, they won't get a ransom card from you.

This card, then 2x prep, then sprint. Lol. Stupid but thats my only thought at the moment. Really its just trash tier.
Edit: nevermind im a dummy. Prep dont work like that...
Brann Bronzebeard + Ancient Shade + King Togwaggle + Lorewalker Cho = profit.
This while you have Aluneth equipped. Your opponent will lose at least three cards
Kind of funny, kind of uninteractive shit I can say for certain I'm hating already.
Dude a a children’s card game it’s fine
Take a look at my most recent deck, Watch post, totem, menagerie shaman.
Legendary pack filler... Don't know what to say. A FTP opening this will be devastated, such a loss for them.
Yes Im sure ur opponent will have keening banshee in their deck

then they just dont play it. and watch you fatigue
For everyone that wanted Loatheb back in Standard, this is the next best thing. The King's statline isn't very good, though.
We have Loatheb back... kind of.

Fun deck to play in casual and combo it with Lorewalker Cho....The memes are strong with this card.

Just a thought.

They do damn well look at this quality meme
Total meme deck. Kills exodia mage and Temporus dragon priest. Would be hilarious in a secret mage deck... with counter spell or living mana.
I like your deck... I think I will TAKE it!
Or you can pay me 5 Mana if you want it back I mean no biggie
Stall a turn, but you also a lose a card from your deck if they can answer and play ransom.
