Good beast for Kurator package in mage. Stats are pretty meh thought, this can be kinda compared to kings elekk which saw play in midrange hunter but the 1 attack missing is kinda a big thing...not sure, interesting card.
Mage has a lot of high cost spells so this could be very good. Flamestrike, Firelands and Blizzard all see play already and there's Pyroblast and Meteor too. Plenty of options.
Yeah, this seems pretty poor. A 2/2 for 2 about 60% of the time if Joust was any indication. I don't know why they didn't at least make this win ties, have they learned NOTHING??
Seems pretty good. You can use it as part of a more minion based Mage deck that runs just the high cost spells. Could be good in some kind of burn mage deck since you can use The Curator to pull Raven Familiar, Coldlight Oracle and Alexstraza out of your deck, then dish out a lot of damage on the following turns.
Solid card, I'd say. It's weak to joust's normal weaknesses, but with mage's affinity for spells, this could probably be manipulated to boost your chances, or even just as a chance to get your best spells. Alternately, you could use this in a 'degenerate' mage hemet deck to guaranteed pull out your pyroblast (Barring UI on the enemy side, of course). And of course, this will likely see play with medivh, because if you draw the spell, it's probably worth using with Atiesh.

So, when a warrior uses Dead Man's Hand, what does that actually mean in terms of flavor? Is he the dead man? Does he cut off his own hand? Is that why he has Tentacles for Arms? Does he think that tentacles are actually as good as arms?
These reasons and more are why I think warriors are more mysterious than people give them credit for.
A King's Elekk for Mage but as a 2/2 instead of a 3/2. Spells generally lose more value when your opponent knows what you have, unfortunately. Good potential with The Curator but a little underwhelming.

Good card!
but why is Hearstone Brazil voting for cards!!??
Better than kings elekk but without the synergy, probably sees a little play
Curator mage? Why not!

On second thought this looks meh to bad cause nobody will cut Aprentice/Arkanologist for this.
Return of Joust? META-DEFINING
On the third day before Witchwood, Blizzard gave to me,
three Handlock decks,
two Molten Giants
and a winstreak to Legend Rank #3
Disclaimer: This is a fictional poem and this didn't actually happen to me.
yeah i don't really know why you'd run this over arcanologist, which is a guaranteed draw/deck thinner with +1 health.
