And another reason why standard was a mistake. Rotations give Blizzard too much freedom to mess up. Who cares if this is clearly broken? Its synergy is gone next expansion!
Gotta keep playing Exodia Mage to keep dragoncucks in line next expac, it seems...

Start of Year: Provoke the failure of 3 expansions, force nerfs on otherwise balanced cards, bring deckbuilding to an all-time low and get rotated one year earlier for being such a threat to the game's health. - Genn and Baku's historical entry on the White Book of Shit Design, shortly before retiring unpunished
Literally turn 1 North shire and maybe coin power word shield. Turn 2 Netherspite. Turn3 talon priest. Turn 4 3/3 aoe turn 5 Operative, turn 6 bone dragon, turn7+ value town with medivh, amber, and lyra plays
In Wild, Dragon Priest doesn't need this card: it has already tons of good and cheap minions with high stats for the early game. On Standard this is a card required by control archetypes but it needs dragon synergy and actually that is not consistent enough for it to works.
Instead of yelling with anger, people just have to stop and think not in the current meta but if in the next Year of Standard this could works. For that they've to wait more K&C's cards,

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
yay dragon priest main from blackrock to un'goro here and this card is just what we needed (one of my favorite card ideas was 4 drop 2/3 deal 1 damage to all other minions for each dragon in your hand). Either this or another twilight whelp would push dragon priest over the top but its for only 1 expansion remember.
So everyone says it's good. Let me list the reasons why it's probably going to be very good... If dragon priest is a thing.
1. It's a dragon. In dragon decks having dragons in your hand allows dragons to use their effects. The more good dragons there are in the game the more dragons you can have in your deck and the more likely you'll have a dragon in hand. More good dragons makes other dragons better.
2. it's an early board clear. In a game where aggro is used a lot a card that does 3 damage to everything tends to clean up most early aggro minions. In a midrange/control deck that dragons do having yet another way to survive to mid-late game makes their chances of winning increase a lot.
3. it's simply above the power curve in many ways. It is comparable to three cards. Hellfire, consecration, and excavate evil. Hellfire is a 4 mana deal 3 damage to everything spell. This card doesn't hurt the heroes which is mostly good for control as they are less likely to die and it gives a body so long as there are dragons in your hand. Consecration is a 4 mana spell that only does 2 damage to every enemy (including hero). As long as a dragon is in your hand drake may not hurt the enemy hero and hurt your own minions as well but it does 1 more damage and leaves you with a 3/3 body. Then compared to consecrate evil... yeah 1 less mana, 3/3 body, and you give your enemy nothing!
Basically it's a very powerful card for good reasons.
PS: The only case I could see this card not being played is if Aggro and Midrange decks don't exist, in that case I will complain about how awful the meta is, instead of complaining on this card.
you could try... y'know.... not complaining.... maybe give that a go and see how it works for you.

For 5 manas this card will be very strong and all dragon decks run x2, for 4 manas and curve perfectly with Draconik is just bullshit.
This is the 4 manas version of Ultimate Infestation.
Why priest and druid, 2 of more strong classes right now are getting this broken cards? Mage are broken in Un'Goro with Glyph and in KFT only received shit cards and spells to balance the random generate spells effects, why the same concept don't work here?
Man this new meta is going to be great, With cards like this agro can finally be eradicated as a play style. As a guy who not only loves dragons, but control and big combo, as well as anti meta decks, I absolutely fell in love with this card right away.
The salt from the agro style players has really added to the flavor of my French fries, thank you so much guys =)
Trust me. In the long run non agro metas can only mean good things and increase the health of the game. Might actually make people think and make decks on their own instead of relying on hearthpwn to hold their hands for them. Then we'll see how true skill levels play out.

I don't need to try it to understand that if I'm playing aggro or midrange and someone drops this on turn 4 I lost in 90% of the cases. I usually don't complain too much but I really hate that 2 playstyles will be DELETED FROM HS thanks to THIS and spreading plague. I'm really hoping that I'm completely wrong but unfortunately I don't think so.

It just involves playing around it. say token druid - perhaps running more single target buffs to get out of range of 3 damage AOE.
Zoo/face hunter/murloc pally will take a hit tho, not many buffs there, and most <5 mana minions have 3 health or less.
Doesn't fit in the previous dragon priest builds since they were all about maintaining board (tempo dragon priest if you will). But, it sure is powerful for 4 mana and survives dragon fire potion too, so yeah, has potential... still not convinced it's meta-defining though (I voted playable).

okay... wtf. As a controllock main, I am disgusted to see priest get a better hellfire with a body attached. this is insanity.

The drawback of Kazakus and Raza don't run duplicates is nothing if the class have so many redundance.
Only 1 Dragonfire Potion? You can discover from Visions.
Only 1 this OP dragon? Ok, if you don't draw you can clear the opponent board with Auchenai combo.
Only 1 piece of each Auchenai combo? Clear all with Kazakus potion.
Priest have so many good cards right now even if you need a 50 cards deck the no duplicates "limitation" don't matter anymore.

The definitions of OP broken cards are updated.
CotW for 8 manas don't see so good right now...

Die Aggro, DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
y u break the game?
If it wasn't hard enough getting through the value of dragon priest, now you have to worry about the egg version too!

Does anyone really want to continue playing against a deck that's had various iterations since BRM adventure.....
