I'm playing against a Warlock who has a stealthed Shade of Naxxramas on the board. Warlock plays Power Overwhelming on the Shade before attacking with Shade.
I'm playing against a Paladin with a stealthed Stranglethorn Tiger on the board. Paladin plays Blessing of Kings on the Tiger before attacking with Tiger.
In both of these example, it seems like the Power Overwhelming and Blessing of Kings should not be able to be played on these minions since they are currently stealthed. The stealth ability says something like "This minion cannot be targeted until it deals damage."
So, I don't understand why stealthed cards can be targeted by their owner. I get that this is "just how it is," but it doesn't seem logical to me.

It is because I WoW you can target friendly stealth minions because you can see them. Think of stealth as "can't be target by enemy spells and hero powers."

I will have to remember it as you've phrased it there. I can't believe I've spent the last 2 months not knowing you could target your own stealthed minions. :s
I still don't like it. lol

I mean, stealth isn't "hey, where'd Captain Johnson go? He was here a minute ago!" Stealth is camo, sneaking around behind trees, dodging guards/patrols/lookouts, and generally avoiding detection by the enemy. You know where your allied forces are, and you can interact with them, it's just the enemy that's unaware of their activities/location.

Yeah it's like - you hid the minion and you know where it is, but the enwmy can't really "see" it
You are free...to do as we tell you!

It's really the tooltip's fault that this mechanic is hidden (no pun intended).
It really should be more clear as to specify opponents only.
