Looking for advice. I've got a Zoo Warlock that's just a Keleseth & Leeroy short of being complete. Not bad for a F2P only about 6 weeks into the account. Anyway, I've got a tonne of legendaries, some of which are T4-5. I appreciate the new expansion is coming out soon, but I'd really like to get Keleseth in at the very least for two reasons. a) He'll boost the deck massively, b) the clock is ticking on him, only 8+ months to go in standard so if I'm gonna craft him I better pull the trigger.
I've done my research (here and elsewhere) and to my knowledge my best practice would be to dust legendaries that are a) tier 4-5 currently, b) are in verrrry expensive decks that I'm not likely going to be able to craft any time soon, & (most importantly) c) NOT part of the Classic rotation so I'm not dusting a card that I'm going to pick up in rotation again. Witchwood could be partially excused from that list because I am playing Arena for my packs - once the new expansion comes out I won't be opening WW packs anymore.
So.....I've got the following that qualify:
Arfus Dragon Soul (liked the card, tried to get it to work, nup!) Hemet (I'm on the fence with him, if I unpacked a Shudderwock in the next few weeks then mayyyybe, but nahhhhh)
Sadly my most recently legendary was King Mukla - fine pile of steaming dung that card is!! But knowing my luck I dust him and the next Classic leg I unpack will be him again.
I've already got 855 dust so I only need to dust the two to get Keleseth. I think it's a good idea and will probably go ahead with the plan in a few hours unless someone screams at me NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

You're fine to dust Arfus. I'm sure I don't really need to explain why. Maybe if it was a Battlecry instead, he might find some play. But Deathrattle is just terrible.
As for the other two.. that's actually a really hard choice. A lot of people are going to tell you to dust the Dragon Soul, but it's still new. And I can't help but hope it becomes useful later on. But I suppose, being in the situation you're in and your craving for Keleseth, I'd go ahead and drop that Dragon Soul. Hemet can be pretty useful, especially if you do find yourself in possession of a Shudderwock sometime down the track.
Also, just for some irony... I dusted my first Mukla aswell. And pulled him again later on. Do what you will with that information haha. But more seriously, feel free to dust him too. The odds of you pulling him again are very slim.

Oh the irony!! :D
Thanks for the tips mate. Considering that I really like the Dragon Soul card, I'd be more inclined to dust Mukla and take my chances in that case - especially when (correct me if I'm wrong) classic packs are only given out for Brawl (so 52 a year) and maybe other minor things? They're not really given out for events are they?
I'm still new to the game, but I don't see the point in buy packs outside of the latest expansion. If I need something from another expansion I'll just craft it. I'm really trying to efficiently build strong decks that I can have fun playing and climb the ladder, while continuing my love/hate relationship with arena......I tell ya that's like falling in love with a crack addict that is!
Conversely I have a Jungle Giants and a Temporus that have dusting written all over them in another region. There I'm a Vilespine, Prep, and Leeroy away from completing my already VERY fun Miracle Rogue (I run Questing Adventurers which I believe have gone out of favour in the meta, but win half my games for me!)
I'm just hoping the construction of the Miracle Rogue and Zoo Warlock doesn't change too greatly with the new expac coming out. I'd hate to go crafting those remaining cards only to find they're useless in a few weeks. Keleseth won't be, Leeroy won't be.....I'd hope there's still a place for Vilespines and Prep!

I would dust those and not look back, especially in an off-region. 100 dust=1$!
Thanks mate, that's what I was thinking. Are there any instances where I'd likely get free classic packs other than brawl? Just trying to factor the chances of unpacking classic legendaries for the future.

There are the classic pack quest rewards and the occational events(?) and bundles. Relying on those is a very slow process, though! With bad luck, getting 1 classic legendary can take 6 months...
Of course I forgot the quest rewards and bundles. Well, I have bad luck so 6 months to wait for a 1/31 chance that I get King Mukla again. I'll take the chance, but I'm *guaranteed* to unpack him in January 2019 :D

I wouldn’t dust legendaries for Keleseth. Not worth it. With how many fun decks there are and powerhouse decks available, dusting legendaries for an “alright” legendary doesn’t seem worth it to me. I thought about doing the same thing you are, but I went with Malygos instead and OMG it’s a blast.
My god I'm not shitting you......EVERY single opponent has had a Death Knight hero and a very strong deck since I added Keleseth. I'm at level 20. It's like the entire landscape has changed.
Oh and I haven't mulliganed Keleseth once.
Jerk I just played had 19 armour on his goddamn Frost Lich Jaina popping off lifestealing water elementals all over the place.
I was dusting Arfus cuz he's garbage. I went with Keleseth, as you would've seen in my previous post. I figure he's going to have a bigger overall impact if I can actually draw him!!!!!!
Keleseth is a good card if you're lucky to draw him early enough. I really enjoy the decks he is part of. I remember you are a pretty new player so I would consider the time from now on (9 months till next rotation is still fine, but I wouldn't craft any legendaries from the year of the Kraken after Boomsday if I were you).
Thanks mate. I found myself in a position where there were some really fun decks that I just happened upon, and turned out I was rather close to crafting the meta of them in each region - so my plan was to complete the decks and then save for the new expac. I'm already in saving mode in my main account with a very successful Spell Hunter (I'm excited by the new spell cards) and now I'm in saving mode with the Zoo Warlock region, and only a Prep & Vilespine away from saving in my other region.
Once the Boomsday hits I will only be opening those packs and crafting from WW & Classic :)
If I were you, I wouldn't craft him at least until the new expansion arrives. Your winrate with this deck shouldn't suffer that much without this card.
I also wanted to craft Rhok'delar but decided to wait a bit and played spell hunter without it. Reached legend for the first time last month and this month also with this deck anyway lol.
I have both, and they both are amazing. Depends on the class you like best imo. That should guide your desicion. I have fun with malygos and mill rogue.

Just when I was about to dump King Mukla and Arfus and complete my Zoo Warlock......

In the current meta which is full of aggro. I find that quest warrior is good on ladder.
I'm currently playing quest warrior without the DK.
However, I find most of pro decks include the DK, I think its powerful for stabilizing the board.
But considering the DK might be out of standard very soon. Is it worth to craft Scourgelord Garrosh now?
Sorry for my poor englando
Very limited legendaries and epics. Just barely have what I need to have 3 to 4 complete meta decks.
If I were you, I wouldn't craft him at least until the new expansion arrives. Your winrate with this deck shouldn't suffer that much without this card.

Opinions? I can complete my Tess Rouge or my overload shaman. I feel like overload shaman is going to get some support in the next expansion.
Craft nothing, the boomsday is approching
