No, there was not. Or at least not with the rule that you can't open them again (predictably) after disenchanting them.
I know from a friend that he opened Hir'eek again after disenchanting him without having all the legendaries in RR.
You can also watch one of Kripp's massive pack openings like the one for KFT, where he disenchants and obtains specific legendaries again multiple times while trying to get a golden one.
If I understood it correctly, the new system will not allow that anymore, and after you "owned" every card of a given rarity, you can only open them again at random, if you already disenchanted them. So, if you disenchanted a legendary now, you would first have to open every other legendary of that set, and then it's random if you get it again.
Many top decks from the end of last rotation did not lose any key pieces.
Maiev seems like the only safe craft right now, the DH two are not getting nerfed however other DH cards will be soon which will affect their win rates. I still think they will be viable as they are both interesting and powerful cards but would not craft them at this time.
From my experience, having played with just about each of the new legends in the expansion, my top cards of the expansion goes as follows, in any particular order. I think these cards will see consistent play from here on out and deserve to be t1-2
Remember to update the neutral commons and rares section and to place in the ranking the other Demon Hunter's legendaries.
Will do, removing the commons and rares list for now, it is changed for Wild already.
Maiev Shadowsong goes to tier 1 already as a super flexible neutral. She is the kind of card which is always recommended in this guide. I also have very good personal experiences playing her, and her numbers are very strong so far.
