I think one of the most fun and viable legendaries will be Shudderwock. The amount of crazy combos and value he provides is just over the top. He is a must craft for me least even though I don't play Shaman that much.
Edit:
I also think that he is the most likely to get a nerf if people find some crazy combo with him.
I personally think, that the Glass Knight will be appreciated in a week or two, so don't DE her. As for the other legies - well, I also got Toki, Face Collector and Splintergraft, but I'm not planning to DE them any time soon, since I want to avoid getting a duplicate. If you somehow have enough dust to craft another legendary, then there's no point in rushing.
I would say - wait a bit and see. Currently she fits in warrior, some people are experimenting with her in mage, hunter and pala. Imho you should wait at least a week or 2, until the meta settles a bit.
^This goes for similar crafting questions from other users as well.
Amm, spamming my opinion about the WW tier list. This is a subjective one (with a small inclusion of some thoughts behind this). I don't state, that I have fully understood the cards' viability nor that I can predict how the meta will form. Don't get annoyed if I have made some misses or if you don't agree with I have to say.

Currently the only good legendaries are: - Shudderwock.
As all of us already know, this little fella is being used in various combo lists. I personally think, that the power of this card will become lower, when people start playing aggressive or more proactive decks. But it will still be heavily included in many slow ones, because it provides a win-condition. Because of this Shudder deserves the number one spot.
Nice board clear. This is a better N'zoth against faster decks. Since people will try to play more aggressively (against OTK shaman and Cubelock) he will be a nice tech in this expansion.
All of the aforementioned legendaries are a no-brainer inclusion.
The ones with a big potential to make competitive decks in this expansion are: - Baku the Mooneater
Upgrading the Hero Power proves to be strong in some decks (warrior, hunter), even stronger as those decks find ways to fill in the losses. Let's just see how competitive those decks will turn out to be.
Priest mid-range decks aren't something unusual, look at Spiteful Priest. I can't picture the deck atm, where she will fit nicely (as priest lost many good mid-game minions like Dr. OP or value tools like the Netherspite Historian.)
Maybe I'm putting her too high. Synergy with Gnomeferatu, Baleful Banker (fatigue warlock) or giants in wild. Also a possible inclusion in zoo, in order to spam more creatures om the same turn. The last one is just a theory.
The cards, which will form something special one day could be: - Tess Greymane
She is a nice win-condition, but requires a lot of set up (playing burgle cards -> playing the burgled cards -> Tess). For now she does a good job against control decks, but is a bad draw against faster ones. The moment Rogue gets more ways to control the board, a slower value deck can be formed and Tess will be the MVP there.
I have tried her in my shaman decks. She's kinda slow and the battlecry doesn't compensate the tempo (it also damages your own minions), but the HP is a strong weapon against grindy decks. When shaman gets better spells (AoEs, draws), she will be considered as an inclusion.
He is definitely a card, which we should look out for. For now I'm not very convinced by the current Rush package in warrior, but when that one gets stronger Rush minions and more synergies with them, Darius will certainly be part in all of this.
Everything else - either too niche or only for funsies.
I have 3200+ dust to craft two of the three legendaries.
I'm a main priest player. I'm also an avid lover of "class card" Rogue. So these three legendaries seem like my obvious, most favorable choices. I've been scouring forums but not much talk has appeared yet about their experience with this card, and I have not opened them obviously.
I want a legendary that's fun but also powerful. Right now, Lady in White seems like a incredibly fun power-piece to many priest decks, including insane healing on Injured blademasters, but not sure if it's competitively viable. Chameleos might also seem a fun and viable pick, but it's not really center piece to many control Priest decks (which also may seem boring since Control Priest hasn't seen much change, with Shadowreaper). Just seems like a single card to fill up an empty space, with the occasional pulling of Death Knights. Tess Greymane seems like a tremendously powerful pick that ties my entire thief rogue deck with a neat bow, but I'm not sure how well it's going for Thief Rogues in Wild, and less importantly, Standard.
Any experiences on any of the three? Which of them should I craft?
Go for it. If for some reason Mukla finally becomes playable after 5 years you'll be upset, but it's more likely that you'll win games now with Cubelock now. That means more gold, better end of season rewards, and more packs to open more trash golden legendary cards that you can dust to build good decks.
Received Toki for free and opened Tess in 33 packs yesterday. Although I have not won a lot with Tess decks it is fun. I am planning on dusting Toki for one of the warlock legendaries since I mostly play warlock and as a ftp player have put most of my resources into the class after pulling my first very first legendary in Guldan. Any thoughts on which one to craft first? Play mostly control now but like to go back to zoo as well.
As for your case - I would wait a week or two, before I craft anything. Inb4 I also have a golden legendary (Countess Ashmore), but since I consider her to be a useful one, I don't want to risk at DE her for another legendary.
Was hoping to get Godfrey but have heard of a Glinda, Gnomeferatu combo that sounds fun. Right now I have have 2 youthful pandas to pull her back when playing against other control decks. So now I'm up in the air with which one first.
I'm trying to convince myself that rather than flashy new stuff I should be crafting some classic legendaries (Edwin VanCleef, Leeroy and Bloodmage Thalnos). For various decks i'm also looking at Baku, Skull of the Man'ari and Sonya Shadowdancer alongside the multitude of epics required (Cube, Mountain Giant, Vilespine + Far Sight).
I realise conventional wisdom says don't craft until the meta settles but surely crafting the classic legendaries can't hurt too much over time?

You should NOT, I repeat, you should not craft some Sonya Shadowdancer or something before you have very important classic legendaries (the ones you mentioned), because those 3 go in much more decks and are much much safer crafts than new ones.
Thanks for the reply, I know you are right. I just keep putting off crafting the classics as I always hope i'll get them in a pack. Have plenty of dust this expansion (~11,000) so I can get those three and improve my current decks before deciding on which route I head down for the next few months.
Last expansion I got a golden dragonsoul as a priest main. So I could never dust it. Still hoping it will be playable one day. Pity that it seems I have to wait some time longer for it.

is baku safe to craft?

- Lord Godfrey
Nice board clear. This is a better N'zoth against faster decks. Since people will try to play more aggressively (against OTK shaman and Cubelock) he will be a nice tech in this expansion.
- Houndmaster Shaw
Nothing much to say, he has a nice body and sweet synergy with many mid-range styles.
- maybe Countess Ashmore
Extra draws won't hurt slower decks.
All of the aforementioned legendaries are a no-brainer inclusion.

- Baku the Mooneater

- The Glass Knight
Nice mid-game tool. Sweet synergy with Truesilver Champion, which is a no-brainer turn 4 play.
These have a positive synergy with some decks, but an optimal list is yet to be discovered.
Somewhere in between (i.e. may or may not pop up this expansion)
- Genn Greymane
Depends whether or not Genn pala will be a thing.
- Prince Liam
Potential tech against slower decks.
- Archmage Arugal
If slower mage decks survive w/o Ice Block. Nice synergy with Book of Specters.
- Lady in White
Priest mid-range decks aren't something unusual, look at Spiteful Priest. I can't picture the deck atm, where she will fit nicely (as priest lost many good mid-game minions like Dr. OP or value tools like the Netherspite Historian.)
- Glinda Crowskin

I just got Tyrantus... fml. Does he have aaany use? Besides being a epic of my choice
Archmage Urgal
Lady in White
Lord Godfrey
Countess Ashmore
Any of those worth crafting?
Got golden Houndmaster Shaw, thinking about DE. Did anyone tried him ?

Unless you care about Golden cards, just dez it. At worst if its good you can recraft him with your dust.

Play Godfrey for Control.
Play Glinda for Aggro.
Zoo or Control?
I like control, but zoolock has it's favor in several matches too.

Feelsbadman. I don't want to crush your hopes, but sadly he is just a legendary filler.
Godfrey is a great control tool and RUINS aggro decks. Glinda is too slow.

Im having a lot of fun playing face collector with tess. They go well together. Id definitely hang onto that one if you enjoy rogue.
