0 mana Paladin Spell - "Give a minion +1/+1."
Some Mage card that destroys (or at least deals damage to) all frozen minions.
A similar effect for Silence in Priest.
A card that cares about how much unspent mana you have. (Other than forbidden spells)
Priest minion with deathrattle burst heal.
An expansion with mostly Stealth synergy for Rogue.
0 mana Shaman spell - "Unlock your overloaded mana crystals."
A card that gives all your minions Spell Damage.
Paladin minion that can't be targeted by enemy spells or hero powers, still allowing you to buff it if needed.

Reverse quests. "When your opponent has done X, do Y." Like secrets but you know what they are and they're more long game triggers.
"Deathrattles don't trigger."
"Battlecries don't trigger."
